I wanted a burrito
I walked out with a HUGE burrito. The young lady that made my burrito was GREAT!! I ask a lot of questions & I love when the staff has no problem answering them. The burrito was delicious. I look forward to going there again. Great customer service.

I love Pancheros, but this one was the worst I have ever been to. We entered a little after 1 PM. They was no line and one employee sweeping the floor that took our order. Throughout our visit we saw five other employees, but none of them assisted the first employee. As we ordered, we slowly realized they were out of most of the items we wanted. A normal issue due to the time of day, but no other employees were working on refills. Random spoons and pans were used from other sections and then returned without being cleaned in between uses. The tofu they brought out was completely uncooked, but was scooped onto the burrito. When we asked if that was under cooked, they set the bottom of the tray on top of the burrito. We at this point no longer wanted to continue with the order. As we paid for the first burrito, the stack of cups fell across the ground. The cups were picked up and positioned to serve to customers again. The floor was not clean. The whole establishment was not clean, organized, or ready for customers.
Issues:
– items out: chicken, rice, queso, tofu, etc
– lack of cleanliness and several instances of food contamination
– slow: entire order process took 30 minutes when there was no line

I came in late as ever and the team working was AMAZING! THEY WERE SO NICE AND CHILL! Cadence, Clayton, and Jetta were STELLAR. I have never been here and they hooked me up with an amazing tasting order!

Got the wrong order I ordered a burrito bowl and not a burrito bt I’ve have multiple orders wrong because they dont read the order and when I talked to the manager at night she said this is how we do things now I won’t recommend please go to another store because they dont have the basics reading skills to make a proper order. Poncheros needs to do better job at costumer service. The lady i talked to today basically said this is how we do things here.. we don’t have food ready for the morning and im madd like how am I coming in at 630pm at night and they dont have anything because they cant prepare for the next day

I dined in on Oct 27th, 2025. At first when I walked in the floor appeared to be dirty. I ordered my food and sat down. As soon as I sat down I noticed that the tables weren’t cleaned up and othe parts of the floor was dirty. While I was getting my entre they ran out of the pepper mix and rice. I was only given a half scoop of rice and half scoop of mixed peppers with no offer to go get more. Furthermore I witnessed an employee open up the trash bin, pulled the trash cans out and stomp the trash down with his left leg/foot and push the trash bin back in to the stall holding the trash can. Overall it wasn’t a positive experience.

Arrived close to closing time. No one was immediately available to serve customers. Food was old, dry, and cold. Employee was rude and uninviting. Not an experience that made me want to return to dine again.

The staff at this location lack the ability to form a thought. one should not be working in a service area without knowing how to greet or even speak to another individual. To say the service was horrible would be an understatement. on top of the lackluster performance of the staff, the food was cold and tasted as if it was sitting in a cold wet area for hours. If you’ve ever thought of eating at this location… remove that thought from your brain permanently.
