For the past dozen years, I’ve eaten at Pancheros about once a week. For the past five, I’d say its been *at least* that often. What can I say: i love fast- casual Mexican food, & they have the BEST queso around. Anyway, for the past several months, I’ve been specifically going to THIS location. They have the best staff, the best quality food, and the portions are always HUGE. It all stems from management; the manager here is absolutely phenomenal, and on top of everything going on there. It’s very obvious how much he cares, and he is *excellent* at his job. My highest recommendation, and by FAR my favorite fast-casual place to get Mexican food from. Definitely check it out, but come hungry, as they give you a large amount of food (pic shown is after I’ve eaten about half a dozen bites).

Decided to try here for the first time and got it to go, when I got back the queso looked like it was made with polenta and corn starch, I decided to try it and immediately ran to the trash can and spat it out and gagged a few times, then I ate some more of my quesadilla and threw it out as the cheese just wasn’t right, I had to throw it all out also my mom said her guacamole didn’t taste right, yea I should’ve gone to the one in voorhees what was I thinking

i’ve never eaten a meal from this specific pancheros that i’ve been fully satisfied with. they forget food entirely, don’t fill up their soda machines (so you’re basically drinking carbonated water) and they will slyly change what you ordered if they don’t have the normal ingredients. they are unprofessional and the service here is unacceptable.

I’ve never been to this Pancheros but everyone from the cashier to the person who took my order was friendly, welcoming and it was an overall pleasant experience.
