**UPDATE: Pancheros did reach out, provided an action plan to prevent this from happening again, and gave me some free burritos, which has improved my experience. I have upped my rating due to improved service. I will continue to eat here as they still have the best burritos.**
I ordered a burrito on 9/11 and bit down on what I thought was a piece of bone. No, it was a rock. There was a pebble in my burrito. I don’t know if I have any tooth damage from it, but it certainly ruined my burrito. I sent a message about it on the Pancheros website, but after not hearing back for a week, I’m posting this review. Very disappointed as this was my favorite burrito place.

I went there with my family as a food stop while driving to drop off my sister at college, I personally got the burrito, so did my dad and brother, but my sister got the burrito bowl and said it was veeery good. The workers were very calm and quick! I fully enjoyed eating there. Music was good too, guy with aux cooked.

What a disappointment. Paid $36 for a steak burrito with extra meat, chips and queso, and a Sprite. The burrito was salty as hell and mostly made up of a tortilla that was folded over numerous times, I guess to give it size? Despite paying extra for more steak, there was maybe 2 tablespoons of meat. Not to mention, the burrito itself was small as hell. The chips were stale and salty, and the cheese dip was awful. It’s like they microwaved it or something so it had chunks of burnt cheese sitting in cheese water. The only thing that was worth it was the Sprite. If you’re looking for a burrito that’s like this but way better just go to Chipotle.

This is one of the best food places. I am not from here and this is my favorite place to eat burritos in Fargo. The sevice is very nice to. The service was very nice to me and my friends. It took us about 6 or 7 minutes to get our food.

I ordered my food at 4.17pm through mobile order to pick up at 5. I reached there at 5.02pm and I received my order at 5.57pm.
I waited for first 15 minutes and until I asked they didn’t even bother asking or apologizing for the wait. They didn’t even bother apologizing for wait after 1 hour of standing to wait for my food that was ordered well in advance.
I know the school kids and college kids are working and they work hard. I understand they were busy, but making advance orders wait for 1 hour in improper way of handling things. And not even apologizing is even worse.
They need to train their employees and treat their customers better, or they will lose them.

Plenty of parking, fast/friendly service, and delightfully more enjoyable than Chipotle. The quesadillas were tasty and the softshell tacos were also savory and surprisingly low cost (only $6.–!). Me and my two young sons like this spot as a quick stop in the middle of running errands!

I’ve avoided this location for a few years now and decided to give it another try. Rough. Burrito and bowl barely over a pound for $24. This is like getting 6 mcnuggets on a 10 mcnugget meal. For my money, I’d rather give the Chipotle down the road a chance over this.

This location is usually super friendly and good about portions but my experience today was not great. The girl who walked me through gave me half scoops of everything and didn’t have a great demeanor. I am usually able to get two meals out of a bowl but wasn’t even filled by what I was given. The picture is without even taking a bite. Disappointed and won’t be returning for a while.

I unfortunately don’t know how my food tastes because I placed my order at 5:15pm for delivery by 6:11, and it’s 6:38 and they’re still making it?!?! Customer support line is a no answer, nor the store. So I just get to wait 2 hours for a burrito. Ridiculous.
