Rumored to be Bob the Tool’s favorite place to get his mix on (although he says that about every location), here you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere, enthusiastic staff, and all your fresh-made favorites, to dine in or to go. Lots of negatives. Little positives.
Employees clearly didn’t want to be there. They seemed grumpy. They were doing carry out orders while we were standing there waiting. Portions were small. None of the food was very good at all. What made me the most angry was I signed up for their rewards, which clearly advertises a free chips and queso upon registering. I tried to order while I was in line, but of course, only after I opened up the coupon did it tell me it was for online only orders. Neither my boyfriend or I liked this place. Chipotle is much, much better (and within a two minute walk of this place).

I have never been to a Pancheros before. Wow, what an experience. Lived up to the hype. I am not really a fan of chipotle, but I am definitely a fan of this. The handmade tortillas are so good. Burrito was delicious and service was great. I cannot wait to go back!

Good place to go for some burritos/etc. Prices leave a bit to be desired given portion sizes as they are similar to Chipotle. But overall not a bad place.

The food was great, however the service could have been a lot better. There was an over 5 minute wait while one of the servers went in the back for some reason, leaving our half-made food to go cold.
Hopefully that was a one-off and not an indication of their everyday level of customer service.

Service here is absolutely terrible. If you don’t like germs don’t go here, she put her whole elbow into my burrito and didn’t remake it. Asked for extra chicken in my quesadilla and gave it to me on the side. And the portions are tiny.

I’ve been going to Pancheros in the area for 15+ years and this location is by far the worst. Portion sizes for the price are ridiculously small and employees are uninterested and inattentive at best. Today was the last straw, my burrito that was made was right at 5 inches long (see comparison pic for normal burrito). Had about half the portion of ingredients typically served at other locations. The staff told me they would not remake it and would not offer any refunds. We are disputing the charges with our CC company. Would not recommend, as a small business owner I cannot understand employees not working to resolve an issue when something like this happens. I never leave bad reviews but this has happened several times and we will not be returning.

This would be a HUGE zero by me. I ordered a salad, with beans, pico and sour cream. This is what I got. 15 or more of us ordered from work, first they didn’t deliver it, then said oops we had 2 people with that first name. Then it was didnt you cancel it? Then finally then sent a mish mash of stuff, nothing labeled, can’t tell by looking whats what. Less than half portions, I dont need a lot of food but these bowls weren’t even half full! The 2 burritos. One had all the rice and beans, the other all the veggies, NOT the way they were ordered!. Needless to say we’ll not be ordering from here again!

Came here for a quesadilla, everything was great. I love the tortillas they use here.
Everything about my experience was amazing aside for one critical thing.
The employees at this location speak very little english.
In the past, I’ve ordered my quesadilla and had them go through and ask if I want anything inside of it (usually some veggies). This time the lady put chicken, cheese, folded it up and put it on a plate without so much as a glance at me.
I’m not the type to complain, and I didn’t want them to have to remake it. I just think it’s fairly important in food service, especially at a restaurant like this, to be able to understand the customers orders to properly prepare their food.
I don’t think I’m crazy for thinking a chicken and cheese quesadilla is a little bland, especially for nearly 8 dollars.
Everything else was flawless, clean, and I WANT to like this place. But the service is ridiculous. I’m being EXTREMELY generous giving 3/5 given the other reviews in here stating the same things.
Figure it out and get a grip on this place.
