I’m giving this a 3 just because I absolutely love Pancheros I’m there all the time, I’m just so disappointed in tonight’s experience. The employees seem like they hated life and didn’t want to be there. Very rude and felt rushed even though I had to wait for multiple orders to be done first yet I was there before they came in. Service is always amazing but the guy who wrapped my burrito severely needs re trained. He very loosely carelessly wrapped it and was literally stuffing it in the wrap instead of re doing it. I get the same thing every time I go and no one else has ever had that much of an issue. The juices drained all over my bag and it just turned into a mess there was no shame what so ever in how he did it. Love this place so very much but really needs to do better some days.

Walked in to place a carry out order. Had to drive three minutes back to work to eat lunch. The whole burrito was cold. Not a warm ingredient inside of it at all. No way it got cold that fast. Which means at the start of lunch rush at 12pm nothing they had was warm for making any of their menu items. Very disappointed in my experience for lunch.

everytime i order on the app or through doordash my order comes missing something or one of our sides has been changed to a different one/flavor. recently i ordered thru the app and my whole bowl was missing, everything else was there. i called and let them know what happened and immediately he said “i thought you might call” but he didn’t call me first? and he said they saw the dasher walk out without our order being done, why was it available to grab when it wasn’t complete? why wasn’t i called. in the past this has happened and they’ve sent out a new burrito/bowl with a new dasher if needed. this time they immediately refunded my order before i even knew there was a problem and told me i would have to come pick up the bowl myself if i wanted a new one. whomever took this call needs to be trained in customer support again.

Workers tonight were awful. We stood in there for at least 5 minutes without anyone says so much as hello. They seemed to be in the process of making a big order. Which I get you might be busy. But you can’t even greet the people that walk in and let us know to give you a minute or you’ll be right with us? We just gotta stand there and hope you acknowledge people in your lobby? The entire team that worked tonight needs re-trained on customer service extremely bad. Cause even after acknowledging us, they were short, rude, and I had to repeat myself more than once.

First time last time! Food was cold bland and service was rude to say the least. Asked for manager and they point to a very young girl named Bella who was most definitely not management quality. Asked for corporate number was given a non working number (guess they didnt think I would call while there) went back up told them it was a non working number and she (bella) goes back with another number (jackie-DM) another non working number… just unreal

The ‘steak’ was tough and had no taste. The burrito was wrapped well with a good fresh tortilla. The salsa and rice left a weird lemon aftertaste; everything had a stale lemon flavor to it. Food prepper was courteous but the cashier left me wondering if I did something wrong (he took my payment, didn’t hand the order to me, and just looked away like they were angry). A simple “thank you” goes a long way to make your customers feel like coming back, which I don’t think I’ll be.

Great food, I finished the burrito and it was a mistake as it tried to kill me. But it was so good I couldn’t stop eating. Service was not very friendly but at least the food is good!
