The burrito was disappointing as my tortilla was unexpectedly cold to touch. The meat I chose, steak, was also noticeably chewy. The tacos were a lot better, but not as filling since they’re tiny and an order only comes with two. Lastly, the customer service was friendly and the staff were quick with my order.

The food was really great! We absolutely loved the burritos and soft tacos. Discovered this restaurant located in a very nice outdoor mall area and has very fast service. Really impressed with how clean this restaurant was and the employees were very nice. The sodas even where very good as well. This is a great fast food mexican restaurant with fast service and tasty food. Sure wish they had one in Wentzville Mo. Hopefully they will expand. This Pancheros is located in Columbia which is a big hike for us but well worth the drive. Please keep up the great work and great food.

I did takeout, we ordered 2 loaded tacos and a steak and chicken quesadilla. I wish I could have gotten our food sooner but for whatever reason my phone GPS kept taking me to the general area where Pancheros was located but kept rerouting me! I finally pulled over and called the restaurant. The girl that answered was super helpful and very patient with me because I was getting very upset because my food was sitting there ready and I could not find the restaurant! She stayed on the phone with me until I was confident that I knew where to go. Food was great and cost around $20. Thank you for a great experience

Oh my gosh this food was amazing!!! It was kind of like a Chipotle layout where they make the burrito or whatever in front of you with ingredients. The food was incredible and the staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was quaint and nice to dine in. Wasn’t crowded. Definitely recommend and my family will for sure be eating here again!

I have dined here many times and I enjoyed immensely the service is on point and friendly the food is fabulous and I look forward to going back. they also handle big parties very well I have had one there and have attended a handful of them there it’s so nice to find places that provide exactly what I’m looking for in a night out to eat. the only thing that I dislike is the side of town it is on if I can avoid grindstone I do and usually the only reason I go over to that side of town is for pancheros. I recommend this restaurant and the people who owned and operated to anyone.

Tragic update: As a vegetarian, Pancheros has been a haven for me for several years. Their “tofusada” was simply delicious and raised them far above Chipotle in the taste department. Now, however, they have switched to “tofurizo,” which is an obvious attempt to mimic Chipotle’s vegetarian protein option. And while the Chipotle version isn’t all that great, Pancheros’ “tofurizo” is simply terrible. I have no idea why they did this; if it’s a cost issue, I am positive they are going to lose more money due to lost business than they were losing by using quality tofu and spices. I’ve given it a chance a few times, but I can no longer stomach it. It’s surreal: they’ve taken the best vegetarian burrito in the city and absolutely trashed it. Wow. From five stars down to two.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love this place. The best fast-food burrito, period. The tortilla wraps are more durable than the average, which makes for a more comfortable eating experience. If I have a qualm, it’s that — similar to a buffet — if you get there at the wrong time, the ingredients (particularly the veggies) can be less than fresh. But the burritos are so good that I can forgive just about anything. Also, you won’t regret getting a side of chips and queso.

Got double rice double chicken all the filling burrito for 13 dollars and it’s tiny do not go here go to chipotle instead the fresh tortillas as bland and not worth it.
