Whenever you mobile order the employees are lazy and make the burritos half the size and 95% rice. It only had maybe half of the ingredients we ordered. Pancheros customer service apparently had nobody that could field our call at 1:30 PM, last time we emailed them and they never got back to us or reimbursed anything. For 13$ each, Pablo’s is a much better option, plus their employees actually care.

I took one bite and then looked down, and there it was… You need to instruct your employees to wear hair nets because this is not acceptable. I appreciated the nice service, but this experience really upset me; I felt like I wasted my money, and it made my stomach turn.

I’ve been to Panchero’s locations all over Iowa and this is far and away the worst one. Service is consistently slow and unfriendly. Seems to be understaffed regularly but even those who are working move at a snails’s pace. I remember even a manager on duty being incredibly rude to me before I had even said anything when I stepped up to the counter. The portions are laughably small, especially if you get it delivered. They’re out of one or two ingredients pretty much every time I’ve been there, most recently it was steak and salsa verde, of all the items. The meat also seems much more bland than the other locations. I haven’t experienced it myself, but based on other reviews it looks like they have some health and safety issues as well, no surprise. It’s like this place makes an extra effort to be bad. Take the extra drive and go to the Waterloo location if you want Panch that bad.

I just had the best best take out burrito ever. I wont lie the last couple years the cedar falls service has absolutely sucked. I went in this evening. 12/27/2025 and it was fantastic. The the steak was cooked to perfection and the service was fantastic. I called the manager to let him know how great it was. So I figure id share it here also

Will not be back, last night they had about 10 customers walk out on them. The employees refused to make anyone’s food and my bf had a free online burrito which never got made. We ended up leaving with no food or refund for the chips and queso. I also have ordered a quesadilla and it was RAW and hardly cut.

Ordered from Doordash. Food was made promptly, but the burritos were not wrapped correctly and one was made wrong. My daughter literally cried because it was so bad. Love Panch. This location has been awful for years

Don’t like to pile on but this place is a health hazard. Stopped in to get some Pancheros and I don’t know if I’ll stop at one again. The glass in front of the food was super dirty and looked to have been that way for days. The service was okay but not friendly. Food was good but not what I paid for it good. Storage room was wide open with all kind of junk just sitting there. Tables didn’t look clean, floor was dirty, and I’m not sure when the last solid deep clean was done. Don’t think I’ll be back for a visit.

I have a family member who is gluten intolerant. Pancheros offers a bowl option with no gluten and some additional items with no gluten. So we are so thankful to Pancheros that she can have a fantastic meal as treat.

The service at Pancheros is always hit or miss, but Penny made it a 10/10 experience. Super friendly, fast, and really efficient. Best service I’ve had here my bowl was fresh and delicious!!
