I’ve been to a lot of Indian restaurants. I love Indian food. And I can say this is probably one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to and I keep going back for that reason. Every thing I’ve ordered from here has been top quality; very flavorful, nice large portions, very aromatic and comforting.

Overall great experience, I ordered online for pickup via their website. Generous with the portions, each entree was enough food for 2 people. I tried the Chicken Dum Biryani and Chicken Malai Kebab. Both dishes were made fresh and had a good meat to veggie/rice ratio. Highly recommend, a must try if you are in the area.

Pros:
– Nice ambiance place.
– Waitress was very hospitable.

Cons:
– Slightly expensive
– Service was slow and waitress need to sequence right ordered items like entree 1st followed by nana, curry and then rice. It was reverse with rice served first and naan curry coming in later.
– Dal was not good. My whole family felt bloating after having dal thadka. Something was not right.

Really fantastic overall experience. Ordered takeout, and selected the chicken 65 and curry leaf chicken appetizers. Both were well cooked and seasoned!

For the main course, we got the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala with garlic naan. Both had the perfect amount of spice and were delicious!

The staff at the restaurant were great as well, very friendly and eager to offer recommendations. Highly recommend this spot!

It is hard to find a good Indian restaurant in Tempe, but this restaurant is pretty nice. My family came in for a Mother’s Day dinner. The curries we ordered (egg and chicken) were tasty and I’m glad they didn’t add unnecessary amounts of butter and oil. The biryani had good flavor as well. What I liked the most is how everything we ordered tasted authentic and home-y. I think this is a perfect place for anyone who wants to try real Indian food or for any Indians who might be missing their mom’s food back home.

This is a new restaurant and the food here is really good! The place was decorated well and the tables were clean and comfortable to sit on. The food came fast and the servers were good. We had goat biryani and two chicken curry and egg curry which all tasted solid! Their appetizer of baby corn was really good and flavorful, recommend giving that a try. Overall a good restaurant to try.

Excellent Andhra Cuisine ! Friendly Staff ! only couple of months since open. Will definitely visit multiple times with friends and family.

9/28. Adding to my earlier review. We have become regulars both pickup and dining. We are even doing multiple times in week now. Food is excellent and reasonably priced so far unlike other Indian places. Hoping they don’t Jack up prices after the initial period.

Just allow more time for take out orders they can get understandably busy with orders. Will support them as they very friendly writing this review for planning purposes only for others. No complaints. Good good things don’t come without a wait :lol

Have introduced multiple friends already to dine here.

I recently visited for breakfast, drawn by its reputation for serving authentic South Indian dishes. Here’s my take:
• Food Quality: The idli was soft and fluffy, the vada was crispy and flavorful, and the poori was perfectly puffed and paired well with the potato curry. The chutneys and sambar were delicious and complemented the dishes beautifully.
• Ambiance: The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, though it can get quite crowded during peak breakfast hours.
• Service: This is where they fell short. The service was noticeably slow, and despite the food being worth the wait, it can test your patience if you’re in a hurry. It seems they could use better management to speed things up.
• Value for Money: The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food, but the slow service slightly dampened the overall experience.

If you’re not in a rush and are craving a good South Indian breakfast, this place is worth trying. Just be prepared to wait a bit for your order!

Great food at the cost of bad bad service. I would give a lot of credit to the chef for the great-tasting food. I feel bad to say service is terrible because those two kids are running around doing all the chores – serve, clean, take orders, manage online orders, and be at the reception all at once. It’s purely the management/owners’ fault for creating a horrible service and putting it all on the limited staff. If anything I must shoutout to the staff to still trying to manage the load with smile on their face. They truly deserve the tips, but god knows if they actually will get it.

Ok now the food. Pretty good all around, I have tried various dishes – chicken, shrimp, starters (veg and non veg) and almost everything was great. The food is a bit on spicier side so order mild if you need to as medium is also spicy.

Give it a try but go with expectation that you may have to wait to get served.

Finally a place to get good sambar idly in the valley. Their Gobi 65 was also very good. The Panchakattu spl biriyani is similar to Boneless Biriyani but with subtle difference in flavor.

Came again in October,2024. They still maintain their taste!! This has been my go to Indian restaurant in Chandler
