Reviews
– Nice ambiance place.
– Waitress was very hospitable.
Cons:
– Slightly expensive
– Service was slow and waitress need to sequence right ordered items like entree 1st followed by nana, curry and then rice. It was reverse with rice served first and naan curry coming in later.
– Dal was not good. My whole family felt bloating after having dal thadka. Something was not right.
For the main course, we got the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala with garlic naan. Both had the perfect amount of spice and were delicious!
The staff at the restaurant were great as well, very friendly and eager to offer recommendations. Highly recommend this spot!
9/28. Adding to my earlier review. We have become regulars both pickup and dining. We are even doing multiple times in week now. Food is excellent and reasonably priced so far unlike other Indian places. Hoping they don’t Jack up prices after the initial period.
Just allow more time for take out orders they can get understandably busy with orders. Will support them as they very friendly writing this review for planning purposes only for others. No complaints. Good good things don’t come without a wait :lol
Have introduced multiple friends already to dine here.
• Food Quality: The idli was soft and fluffy, the vada was crispy and flavorful, and the poori was perfectly puffed and paired well with the potato curry. The chutneys and sambar were delicious and complemented the dishes beautifully.
• Ambiance: The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, though it can get quite crowded during peak breakfast hours.
• Service: This is where they fell short. The service was noticeably slow, and despite the food being worth the wait, it can test your patience if you’re in a hurry. It seems they could use better management to speed things up.
• Value for Money: The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food, but the slow service slightly dampened the overall experience.
If you’re not in a rush and are craving a good South Indian breakfast, this place is worth trying. Just be prepared to wait a bit for your order!
Ok now the food. Pretty good all around, I have tried various dishes – chicken, shrimp, starters (veg and non veg) and almost everything was great. The food is a bit on spicier side so order mild if you need to as medium is also spicy.
Give it a try but go with expectation that you may have to wait to get served.
Came again in October,2024. They still maintain their taste!! This has been my go to Indian restaurant in Chandler
