Hello my fellow foodies. I have never felt the need to write a review for any place i have ever visited, but today was absolutely life changing. The food was immaculate, packed with immense flavor, and it was just overall a pleasure to eat here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment you step foot in the door. Man oh man! Woke up on a Friday morning quite hungry so I thought why not go to my local pancake house. I do come here frequently but after today’s breakfast I thought I’d go ahead and write a review. Julia was an amazing server! Very sweet vibrant young lady who got everything on my plate correct! Grayson Pancake House has become a part of our family’s routine. We brought both our son and daughter here after they were born, and it’s one of those places that just feels comfortable and welcoming. My husband and I love the food,service & atmosphere. We generally eat here or get takeout at least once a month. There are plenty of delicious selections to choose from; I always get breakfast. It is a local gem that is easily one of our favorite spots. The owners may have changed as we’ve noticed particular care and thought has been put into the decore since the pandemic; it boasts a warmer atmosphere, less IHOP/Another Broken Egg,and more coziness, warm lighting, decorations, chalk clapboard showing the specials…the vibe has changed for the better. We highly recommend!

Roberto was our server and he was wonderful! My husband & I shared a breakfast skillet with both bacon and sausage…I meant to take a picture of it when Roberto served us, but we hungrily dove right in! As expected, it was so delicious! Guadalupe assured us that there are some special menu items for Valentines Day coming up; can’t wait! Seriously, Pancake House is a [hidden] gem in Grayson! No wait, such friendly & warm people with excellent food! I can’t stress enough how wonderful this place is…and I still haven’t even tried the pancakes because I love other menu items so much! This place is like IHOP, but on a smaller scale and better. Very clean, fairly quiet and very accommodating. I went on a random Tuesday around noon and it was perfect. The food is delicious and the staff are very pleasant and super nice.
