Ambiance? Who needs it? This place has “old school” charm. Like a “Howard Johnson’s” from the ’60s. Cups with saucers! A full thermos pot of coffee! Ice cream scoop size of soft, delicious butter for our pancakes; not cold, refrigerated little pats like most places. The food is great, the service spectacular. Our server, Barbie, was friendly and efficient. The bb hole in the window was the only thing that was a little distracting. Prices are very good. Three peach pancakes $6. Eggs, corned beef hash, home fries and toast only $5,75! Loved this place!

My Mom and I really enjoyed our breakfast here. We both had the strawberry pancakes which were delicious. The pancakes were completely covered in strawberries and strawberry syrup. The coffee is served in a cup with a saucer; at most restaurants only a coffee mug is used. Our server kept checking on us. Excellent service. The restaurant is not the most beautiful place but the food and service were great. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be back.

When we arrived, we came at a time when they were absolutely slammed. New guests were getting tables as they opened. Food is exactly as you would expect from a place like this. That said, it came FAST. Being the last seated table, I was surprised when food came maybe 5 minutes after we ordered it. Our waitress was awesome and checked up on us often. Prices were also great. I’m planning on returning.

Awesome people and service, the sheriff was even there, and the lady was nice that was speaking to him. The food was delicious and didn’t get to take a picture of it, must come and try it out, amazing.

Highly recommend you take the time to visit this hidden jem. Prices are incredible and food even better, place is old but cozy, portions are very nice. The coffee very good also, beats most big name restaurants at half the price.

Very unsanitary we found hair in our food numerous times throughout the our stay. The manager looked at the plate with hair and offered a discount absolutely not ! The owner is racist and tried to say we tried to cheat them out of meal. Very disgusting will not be be coming back

The owner here is really sweet, but his staff are awful. All of the servers and hostess are a bit rude and spaced out. Everytime we go here, I brace myself for dealing with them. The food is good most of the time, but I have gotten raw potatoes and raw egg white when I ordered over medium. I really wish he could get better help, because like I said he’s very nice.
