This is the second time we have ordered a tres leche cake and the second time this Panaderia made it wrong! For $50 a cake, you would think this business would check for accuracy. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I didn’t want to complain but it’s been a year ago and I can’t see my wedding cake picture because I feel embarrassed about it. The cake decorated was nothing how I wanted it. It looked very cheap for what I paid for. It was embarrassing sitting next to the cake. I don’t know if they decorated the cake last minute but that’s what looks like happened. They offer catering services which I don’t recommend either. Pay very close attention if you make a contract with them. They will not write down things on purpose because they know that if it’s not in the contract they are not obligated to do it. Even if they promise you they will do it don’t trust them. If they did not include it in the contract and you requested it there is a very high chance they are not going to do it. They claim that they were just favors that they are nice enough to cover but we never asked for a favor and we were told it was in the price. They tell you a few weeks in advance that they can’t do it but they can hire somebody they know for an additional charge.

Was passing through town and thought I’d try this place out, very messy/not clean. Kitchen looked a absolute mess, food was very mediocre and everything was stale, also I understand that it is a Mexican bakery but it is very hard to ask questions when there is a large language barrier, I wish there was more signs/prices in English.

Twice now I’ve ordered tres leches cake here for family birthdays. Both times they were excellent and the attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to the profession of baking and to customer service is first rate. My whole family was impressed with the cake and my mother-in-law runs a panaderia in Mexico.
