Horrible Service, Despite the fact that I was not finished ordering, the server abruptly place my plate away and moved on to the next customer. I was unable to get everything I wanted. It is evident that the service people here are in dire need of more training. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The lack of respect and consideration for customers is unacceptable. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Terrible and unacceptable customer service. I waited over 20 minutes to be waited on. Women were just ignoring me and when I asked for manager they said he was in the back. I called, he answered and was just as rude. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. When I was finally taken care of, woman said I came at the wrong time. I will never go back there for anything. Food is terrible, cakes were decent but I’ve found an excellent place. I understand they serve to a mostly Hispanic community however they have no basics of how to run a food establishment but of course it comes from lack of management. Zero Star

Ok to start I’ll said the food overall is decent the place is clean with good Appearance, the down fall is some of the prices and no complementary water, when ask for some they point to the water cooler for you to buy!! Witch bring me to the sad part, some of the ladies working behind the food station are very rude like they don’t want to help you usually they want to rush you out.

This review is solely for the cakes. We haven’t tried anything else from here yet! The cakes here are super fresh and pretty. The prices are reasonable, especially compared to Tiffany’s Bakery which is where we also shop a lot. We typically get the tres leches but this time for my daughter we got the fruit cake. It was moist, and had chunks of various fruits inside one layer. Some of my family didn’t like it but I loved it. Tres leches here is still our favorite overall. They are super busy, so I was glad to be asked if i was being helped after a few min. Seems like they care about their customers.
