We came from far away and decided to stop at this bakery to grab some bread and pastries. with my wife and mom and my baby We spent about $30, so we were clearly paying customers.
When I politely asked to use the restroom, the lady working there said “No, not public.” I explained that we were customers and had just spent money there. She repeated “Yes, no public” and even laughed, like it was a joke.
Honestly, that was very disrespectful. If you don’t allow paying customers to use the restroom, that should be made clear before taking their money. Customer service matters, and this experience completely ruined what could have been a nice stop.
I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone traveling or stopping by expecting basic courtesy.

big choice of Mexican bread, cakes, and more. bought 8 pieces of Mexican bread, sat in my car and ate 2–so tasty and delicious I went back in and bought a few more! also, the girl working the register was very nice. will definitely be going back again…and again!!
