A pretty good breakfast two fried eggs and Cuban toast and a coffee. These days for 10 bucks that’s a steal. I asked also for hashbrowns but I guess they don’t have them or they didn’t understand. They weren’t there. Anyway, it was still very good and it’s a family place. I really liked it a lot. I would definitely go again.

I recently visited El Cafetal after being invited by Juan, and it was a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The coffee was absolutely delicious—rich and full of flavor—and the quesito was incredibly tasty. It’s definitely a spot I’d recommend for anyone who loves good coffee and a warm atmosphere.

I’ve been here several times and usually order off the buffet. Most of the time the food is good . Today I got the pulled pork, yellow rice and Mac salad . The pulled pork I got at a big fatty grizzly piece and I usually don’t complain so I just picked that out. It happened a couple of times now so that’s why they got a three star review . The staff for the most part is friendly and kind they always give you good sized portions. and the desserts are pretty fresh. I also got some donuts to go…!

The pan sabao and pastry are to die for. They have variety of food options as well. Super delicious! We travel one hour on our vacation multiple times to visit this place. Great place!

The Cubano was fantastic! All the food was perfect! The establishment is perfect!
There is a language barrier, getting a staff member to understand no pickles took 3 people. That’s the only downside to my experience.

Took a pit stop to have some breakfast. Meeting someone to sell a hot rod and they said they have breakfast here when they are in town. Place was very welcoming to us. Mainly Spanish speaking. Food was really good! Had a breakfast burrito and it was killer!!!!

Didn’t know about this place until a coworker brought me. Breakfast sandwiches are great. The sobao bread is a must for the sweetness giving the saltines if the rest of the sandwich a great taste. The coffee specially the Cafe con Leche is a hit and miss all depends who makes it, being of Puerto Rican descent i can talk about coffee specially cafe con Leche. Sone of the servers know how to make it others just mix ingredients and hand it to you.
The pastries are just great, haven’t been there yet that they are not fresh from the day. You have to try the cheese Danish but there’s a catch…. Cheese only danishes are only made during the weekend Mon to Fri you can only get the cheese and guava danish. They also have during the weekend pineapple and cheese Danish.
Haven’t been around yet during the afternoon to try their lunch menu but let me tell you, you don’t need to wait for noon because they normally have half or more of the lunch menu in the morning. A lot of people will take lunch to go in the morning.
It is a great Puerto Rican restaurant i would recommend to any Latino and non Latino.

They have the best fresh bakery food! They also speak both English and Spanish. I got a cherry cheese cake slice and a chocolate Oreo donut. So delicious. So fresh! I will be returning. Do not sleep on this place!

Super close to the airport. I only had a breakfast sandwich but it was like eating one in Puerto Rico (I had the pan sobao). Would recommend. I definitely will come back the next time I’m in the area. Would like to try their pastries and other items they offer. Free parking as it is located in the plaza. I went super early so it wasn’t busy and as such the wait wasn’t long. Restroom was clean as well.

Im always super excited to try a new Bakery establiments just to get a different taste of something. I was hoping to find great Puertorican pastries but that was not the case. I purchased 2 sugar donuts, 1 filled Nutella donut, 2 quesitos, 1 pastelillo de guayaba, 2 dozen lil donut holes and 2 sobao bread. Let’s start with the donut holes, they were over cooked and not tasty at all. Sugar donuts were ok, the quesito was meh!! And the sobao bread was hard and not tasty at all. Like I said, I was expecting more but was disappointed. The staff was not very friendly and only spoke Spanish which is ok for me but not everyone knows Spanish so that might be difficult. The food spread did not look appetizing, in fact it looked like it had been there all day. We decided to double back and go to our favorite Lechonera but didnt have time to get to our favorite Bakery off highway 50. Overall I wish the business the very best but we will not be going back.
