Came here to buy a cake for our son’s birthday and realized the bakery had much more to offer! Con’s: We are not locals! The pan dulce is yummy!!!! Omg, the menudo is really, really good! My family is from Zacatecas and this reminded me of the menudo my mom used to make.

I don’t know what I was thinking when I came to this place. So many bakeries with delicious food and special service. The Menudo was horrible, it was more greasy that caldo They don’t provide salsa, and the tortillas were horrible. It seems like they heat them in the microwave. For that price, they should give handmade tortillas and have more lemon and salt available. I think the person who was charging she chose the wrong job. She should work at a funeral I’ll never come back!

Been coming here for two years and the conchas are always a favorite! Morning is when it’s the best to get your pastries as most of it is freshly baked and it’s soft.
Champurrado is immaculate as well as their hot foods. Big fan of their tamales! Especially since I’m picky haha

We went to pick up a cake we had ordered at another establishment for our daughters 4th birthday and it was a disaster. Leaving us scrambling to find a cake that we could fit her theme and most of all tasted good. We found Mi Pueblo an read the reviews. We drove over picked out a cake ready made while noticing the intricate details and love and talent clearly poured into some custom orders especially a 24th strawberry shortcake cake.
We rushed home and this cake was so moist and light and delicious. It was beautiful. We added a few dinosaur toys and everyone loved it.
This Panaderia not only saved the day but we will absolutely be back.

They have the best cheese and jalapeno tamales in the valley. They’re not cheap, but they’re big and super yummy. Try them, you won’t regret it.

This Mexican Bakery is the best in Indio so far.
Their Tamales were awesome, their sweet bread very fresh and delicious. And a bag of fresh peanuts in the shell brought back memories.
Next time I’ll try their Menudo.
Unfortunately, it’s only take-out only, small location.
Best time to go is during the week, hardly no one shopping during working hours.
Gotta ❤️ retirement!
