We found a new favorite! The pastries were delicious. They were still warm, so we couldn’t resist but eat them in the car. For 6 large pieces and a bag of candy, we paid $10. We’re going back.

It’s a classic mexican old style bakery with wood and glass display cabinets. You can smell the baking and witness the “fresh out of the oven” sweet bread. My favorite were the cinamon favor fill with strawberry jam. The Concha with jelly on top were delicious. The molasses pig-shaped was very good. It just the matter of try and find your favorite. Maybe you will order your next birthday cake, because it’s very affordable. Mexington is quite an experience, the best is in the inside.

The flan was bad. The slice was not smooth at all. The texture was creamy as it should be. The flavor was lacking. The one in the cup had the texture of slim and slid off the spoon. This should not happen and again did not have flavor. It was my first time and everything looked amazing from the photos but I’m sad that this was my first experience.

This place has great pastries. There’s a wide variety to choose from. The pastries are not overly sweet but are super tasty. Pastries with a cream filling are extremely delicious, but I always choose five or six kinds when I go there for my family and friends to try out.
