I went with my mom to have some soup during my lunch break and the soup was delicious the girls were really nice. Ana attended to us immediately and got us our food within 10 min. The soup here is very comforting and the pastelitos are delicious.

My wife went in to get us coffee at 4:30 pm. 30 minutes before they closed. Just the coffee, no food, just cofee. We were surprise to find out that they had already “closed the cofee machine” for the day. This is not aceptable. We were just purchasing cofee, not an unreasonable request.

Delicious food, super authentic food and lovely people as for the table and waits complained about in other reviews is a lie, you’re meant to order for the food yourself and then pick a table. But honestly if you want a small cozy remembrance of Colombia, I’d suggest you go here!

Placed an Uber Eats order of chicharrón, pan de bono and coffee. The coffee and pan de bono were good. But the chicharrón was cold and extremely fatty. It looks like they chose the worst one. Barely edible.

Café con leche was amazing and was exactly as I remember it from South America. Los pasteles were delicious. Also fast and friendly service. Such a nice panadería.

This place is absolutely the worst, we asked one of the servers(long red hair) to clean the table & she responded with the rudest attitude. After
“cleaning” the table, she left it covered in crumbs and threw all over my youngest. Coincidentally she was the sever who would be taking our order, she didn’t look at us once while taking our order. Just very disrespectful, rude & nasty. She basically threw all our food at us & it was cold. Not to mention there was a dead beetle underneath our table. IF I COULD RATE THIS A NEGATIVE -5 I WOULD. Never coming back!

Pretty terrible service. Got there at 430pm and they told us we had to sit outside because they were closing, even though the sign on the door says they close at 6pm. Even at around 510pm a customer tried to enter and it was locked and the young blonde employee just kept mopping the floor even after making eye contact with the customer and then looking away. A simple “sorry were closed” could have sufficed. The young employee with blonde hair was not attentive at all. She took our order like if she didn’t want to work. Not a smile nothing. She even missed some of our orders and I had to remind her. When she brought our food she forgot utensils and when I asked her nicely if she can bring some she just walked away. She did come back with them but she had a smirk on her face like she was annoyed. At no point didn’t complain or give any bad attitude since that’s not like me but she just didn’t treat us well. Aside from that I ordered the bandeja paisa which I knew wouldn’t be very legit like typical bandeja paise but this was terrible. I can’t recommend this place for the food plates but their bakery section looked good.

We visited this place on Sunday around 11am, it was packed. We ordered just a bread to go because it was annoying so many people in such a small place. The pan de queso was good. I can’t comment on service or menu items cause we didn’t stay, hope I can visit other day no so crowded.

It’s a very good place to eat empanadas. The best is the chicharrones or pork belly.
Don’t confuse this restaurant with the one in Bquilla
