Great cafe in an old industrial warehouse, right along the river. The coffee is amazing and they have good food and pastries too. The back patio area is right along a little river and is a great spot to relax and enjoy your coffee. If you’re there later in the day, they are right beside a great brewery.

Really cool vibe here. We tried the organic Guatemala dark roast and it had a great flavor, along with a really good Cortado. We also tried the “Wakey Wakey” sandwich which is bacon egg and cheddar on sourdough (instead of bagel) also really good.

Came here for some coffee in the morning with my family and loved it! I got an iced vanilla latte and it was very good and had a rich flavor. My parents got hot coffees including a cappuccino and tres leches which they really liked. Service was nice and quick. Pretty decent prices. The atmosphere was really cool and out the back door they have a sitting area right on the river which was really cool! Definitely coming here again!

Panacea CoffeeHouse, Cafe and Roastery in Waynesville, North Carolina has a wonderful menu of homemade comfort foods like peanut butter and bananas for breakfast and warm pimento cheese for lunch. They have unique names for each one which adds to the charm of this warm and inviting 100 year old setting. I had to try the Pimento Cheese sandwich, my absolute favorite food since childhood. It did not disappoint! I will definitely get it again on a future visit to Waynesville. Also on the menu is a generous selection of coffees, lattes, espresso, frappes and others.
There are many options for seating from tables for larger groups or more personal twosomes, sofas and easy chairs. There is also an outside option with a view of the river and room for the dog. Come and stay awhile, but only until 3:30 which is closing time.

I had such a great experience today! The indoor space was cozy and beautifully designed, and the outdoor seating had such a nice vibe. What stood out the most was the staff, they were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a café with a great atmosphere and excellent service.

This is a hidden gem in Waynesville. They roast their coffee on site. They have several different blends. They also have craft sodas. The food menu has many excellent items. Service first class. If you like coffee you won’t be disappointed.

If you are in the area of Waynesville, NC, you have to visit Frog Level and see what’s going on at Panacea Coffee. Good coffee , good people . From the moment yo7 walk in the fresh smell of coffee being grounded just adds to the overall atmosphere . It is like a step out of the hustle and bustle and into a relaxed haven .
You walk up to the counter to order , the they give you a number and someone brings your food out. We generally wait around for our coffee drinks and then venture out to sit by the creek .
The coffee is delicious ,whether it’s just straight up coffWe or a delicious chai latte or any of their other specialty drinks l. The food is wonderful and even picky eaters like my wife can find something here . Last time she did the yogurt and granola cup and talked about it for two days . I had their breakfast sandwich , picture to follow , which they gladly did in a wrap for me instead of bread .
Needless to say we never make a trip here without visiting Panacea so check it out and enjoy it and the rest of Frog Level

This is my first review but I have been here several times before. The customer service is always great and the owners are very nice people. The place has a peaceful vibe in a comfortable setting and the outside seating is right next to a nice running river. The food was fresh and very good and the coffee has always been very good. This is one of my ‘must stop by’ places when I visit the area.
