Hands down the best carne asada I’ve ever had!

First time here because we live out of state, but after this mornings meal we will be stopping here the next time through Joplin. I ordered the chilaquiles but accidentally said carne asada instead of the carnitas – best mistake ever! I’m not usually a carne asada person because it never seems to be flavored well or tender. Theirs was both super savory and tender, so win win! The chilaquiles was very tasty and a lot there, very pleased with the dish. My wife ordered the chicken and waffles which came with hash browns, bacon, eggs, waffle and chicken. The waffle was tender and flavorful, and the chicken was tender and fried perfectly with excellent seasoning.

Very happy with our visit and are already planning to come back the next time we are in town.

We came for breakfast and had a lovely time. The SMELL omg, the doughnuts and bread and pastries had us sniffin lol. I got the chilaquiles with carnitas, it was lovely, dont forget to ask for a lill something spicy, they brought house green & red salsas that were lovely. We also got the Pambazo & the biscuits & gravy were a shock! Best in town if you like meat gravy instead of sawmill which we do! We will be back in short order to try the sweets we were just too full today!

Went here for first time. Had huevos y abagdo. It was great. Didn’t leave a crumb behind. It was filling yet I didn’t feel stuffed either. Will be back soon.

popped in for a late-ish breakfast. excellent coffee in Mexican pottery mugs while deciding what to order. easy to navigate menu, but tough choice to make because everything sounded so good. landed on chilaquiles and added carnitas, topped with two eggs. added a single tamal on the side, just out of curiosity. my homegirl had the platter with carne asada, french toast, eggs & hashbrowns. all the food was fresh and tons of flavor. red and green hot sauce options brought to table and both tasted great. served on Fiesta plates and cutting boards for their platters/larger entrees. service was prompt and friendly. highly recommend sharing a meal with a friend here or grabbing things to go. value was great for the handmade food and goodies. sweet or savory, GF options, something for everyone. will be returning as soon as possible.

So I found this place and took the family to go try it. Everything that w ordered was just amazing. The service was great and they did make sure we had everything we needed. This is the first place here in Joplin that I enjoyed the Mexican food.
The pastries was a great treat to take home for snacks. This truly is a must go to for breakfast and pastries.

This place is clean and bright. It has very bright and cheerful Mexican atmosphere. Our service was quick and friendly and our food was very tasty. The coffee was unique with a cinnamon flavor; different but good.

Pan Y KaFe has many intriguing items on the menu, and since my husband and I are adventurous foodies, we will be back to try them out!

I hope y’all stop in and try this darling place!

I love the idea of this place. Small cozy, so excited to try. Only reviewing in hopes they see this review and improve these areas.

Low star review because 1.food was cold (not lukewarm) just plain cold. All of our plates were cold. 2. Wait time was too long. We waited an hour for 3 dishes which main components were eggs and French toast.
My husbands dish included toast. The waitress come over to tell us she was bringing the toast twice but the toast never made it to the table.

They had pan Dulce which is a nice touch, the restaurant was clean, they do have high chairs for kiddos and the food was good and I would have given a 4 star if our food had come out hot even with the long wait.

A great little place to grab a quick bite. The menu is simple and in bigger print for those whom can’t see well. The food was outstanding, simple items to very well orchestrated mexican dishes. The service was great, very friendly, and helpful to questions. They also had a fantastic pastry selection and some delicious looking cakes.
Definitely a great place to stop and please your taste bud’s.

Oh. My. Word. This place is amazing. The food is so flavorful, beautiful, and delicious. It is Mexican, but it is not ordinary. The homemade sauces are divine, and the staff is professional and friendly. The kitchen is visible, which is a bonus as well, because you can see that it is immaculate. As far as cuisine goes, it is top notch, but that is only half of it. This place is also an extensive, self-serve bakery. To put the cream on top, it is reasonably priced. Seriously the most excited I have been about food in a while.
