Great vibe with beautiful food, people and atmosphere.
I love that there’s total transparency and you can see them making the pastries right in front of you.
Unique items I had never tied.
This has already developed a cult following so be prepared to wait. Very intimate interior – no tables only window or wall seating for 12 people or less.
Great to-go — bring to a party, office or gift.

This is THE spot for some great dessert, conversation, and atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and helps to explain the pastries and other menu items for those unfamiliar with Venezuelan pastries. The pastries themselves are wonderfully flaky and subtly sweet. Wonderful experience, all around!

Wow, what a gem in Old Katy! This is a cute bakery with a surprisingly large selection of baked goods. The staff is so friendly, the owner heard it was our first visit and he came out to say hello. We tried a few items and while we enjoyed everything, the golfeado was definitely a highlight — sweet and savory, so tasty! Looking forward to coming back to try more!

Amazing people, amazing food, amazing place. We decided to visit after we saw the segment on the news last night and we are so glad we did. Warm atmosphere, we felt at home from the get-go. We ordered the Prosciutto Pizza and two Macchiato’s eat-in and left with two Cinnamon Rolls, a Cream Croissant and an Almond Croissant. They had foot traffic throughout. A small popular little gem right in the heart of Old Town Katy. This is going to become our new favorite spot.

We stopped here before they closed . They still had a lot of options for pastries. The workers were amazing and kind. As it was our first time there they took the time to explain everything. The pastries were incredible and I definitely will be back to try the breads and more of their pastries. Recommend 100%.

Everything we ordered tasted good. The lattes were made exactly how we like them, on the stronger side. Food and pastries came out warm.We came not only because of the reviews but because the pictures of the food looked good. Will definitely be back to try other items. Especially the pizza as we saw some come out and it looked tasty but we went during the morning time for some coffee.

The only negative is that the location is very small and you’re unlikely to find seating if you are coming with someone. I hope they’re able to expand their location as they could do with a bigger place, which speaks volumes of the quality of the food.

Service was also extremely well as the staff were attentive and helpful in helping us decide on what to order.

Parking was easy but I can see how it could be hard to find parking during the weekend.

I would recommend coming here with the idea that you will grab items to go but with enough time where you can stay if you find seating.

The Pan Pa’ Venezuela artesanal pastry café exceeded every expectation. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the cozy atmosphere and the smell of fresh pastries coming out of the oven. Everything I tried was incredible — flaky croissants, perfectly unique desserts, and coffee that pairs beautifully with it all.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they serve. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick treat or staying to relax, this place is a gem. Highly recommended!

First time visiting and it did not disappoint!!!

All of the pastries were fresh and so delicious, and the front staff was incredibly attentive and kind.

My daughter loved watching through the kitchen window while they made the cachitos. The gentleman preparing them was so sweet and took a moment to interact with her, which made her day!

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back ❤️

Small, privately owned, and cozy atmosphere. Love the wood-theme, but the panini, pastries, and coffees were just amazing. Came in for breakfast and just chilled outside. Very quiet and very calming. The service was very kind and helpful and welcoming as well. Definitely highly recommend and would come back again.

I’ve been waiting to come to this gem of a place! Social media was not joking! Everything here was top. We had a Nutella croissant, they do not skimp on the Nutella filling! We also had the guayaba roll… yums and the pizza was amazing. Literally best crust, it was very reminiscent of a pizza you would have in Italy. We went there for a Panetone, stayed for all their goodies! I would definitely recommend making the drive out there! The owner is also super nice
