I want to start by saying you would expect to find a place like this in homestead. Although this dead smack in east Hialeah. The taste is amazing the pan con lechon has the right amount of smoke to it. You definitely need to check it out.

I had an amazing experience at Pan Con Lechón Grill in Hialeah! The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was open, welcoming, and exceeded all my expectations. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a place like this.
First of all, I took time out of my day to help the waitresses—who don’t speak English—with a fine or form they received from the Florida State Department.
Meanwhile, the owner—sitting right in front of me having drinks—was unwilling to help his staff with the issue, but somehow found the time to argue with me over a fan that I had requested and was already using.
Honestly, this was completely disrespectful. I’ve never experienced anything like it.
It’s a new place, and they don’t even have a menu.
They do not respect the rights of customers, let alone consumers.
The owner never apologized. He simply told the cashier he would pay our bill, which we did not accept.
What’s worse is that they took away a fan from a pregnant woman in a place with zero ventilation.
A truly terrible experience. We will not be coming back.
And I feel sorry for the waitresses who have to work under those conditions.

Always a great time here. Food is great. Different than the normal cafeteria food you get everywhere else. Service is always top notch. The owners are great people and always thanking us for our business. I come here at least 3 to 4 times a week. Would recommend trying them out.
