I ordered four items through Grubhub and only received two. When I called Pan Asia, I was told the missing items were left at the restaurant by the delivery driver and that they would send the food to my home.
Shortly after, they called back and said the order had been refunded. I explained that I was willing to pay for the food, but only if it was freshly made. At that point, they told me the food had never been cooked in the first place.
I then asked if there would be any compensation for the inconvenience, since I still hadn’t received my full order and would now have to reorder and wait even longer. They claimed they didn’t understand what I was asking. I clearly explained that I was still waiting for my food and that at no point had they offered anything to make up for the situation caused by the restaurant not preparing the order.
Their response was extremely unprofessional. I was told to “keep your money” and “don’t ever call here again.”
Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and outright rude behavior are unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Pan Asia again.

Being going here for probably 25 years. *Always* loved this place but the last two times the food quality has slipped and the prices are high.
Past 50 times we have used this for office take-out this has been our go-to place but the last two times the food quality was *noticeably* lower–the boneless ribs were very tough, the steak teriyaki was tough and the teriyaki chicken was stringy and dry. The beef and broccoli had chewy meat. The House Special rice was nothing to speak of; white rice with very scattered bits of ham(?) and some vegetables.
No atmosphere at all–95% of the business is take-out so your quality and prices are your only selling point.
We are looking for someplace new to try next time.

Been eating here for years. The last few times have noticed the quality of the food has gone down. This time the beef teriyaki was so tuff you could not bite it or tear it. Total trash. The boneless ribs had so much fat it was trash. For the price you pay I will never go back.

This was my go to place since moving up from Lowell but the last few times. It hasn’t been good and tonight it was absolutely terrible for what they are charging now I ain’t going back. Never heard of a place charging for hot mustard and duck sauce. $60 worth of food in the trash. Stay clear of them until they get it figured out!!!

The lo mein was good but there wasn’t any pork in it. Try the Singapore curry rice noodles. Very tasty and a good value.

Update: tried ordering today. They Hung up on me 3 times without me even saying anything but yes.
1st order eggrolll had plastic string. Second order , some food was stale. Tried to order again but couldn’t.
Order Delivery from PanAsiaNH.com accurate menu and pricing. They deliver in NASHUA. Normal prices! As of 9/4/21. Yup! That’s right. Serving size is generous. Food is decent. Person taking my order on the phone, an absolute delight. The delivery person. Was really cool too. I have too much food for 40$ appetizer and dinner combos. I recomend.

Fast Chinese food at its absolute best! Always welcoming, huge selection of dishes and combinations of food to choose from. Clean dining area (recently updated & welcoming) & kitchen is always clean. Everything is tasty and they deliver. Even take out is hot by the time you get home. Kudos on great accurate and always pleasant service!

Some of the worse Chinese food I ever had. Fried dumplings too well done and had zero flavor. Boneless ribs no flavor, rice no flavor was so bland it feels like it should be used for mortar. Teriyaki was decent at least I could taste that. Even the fortune cookie was not that good.
I highly recommend going elsewhere. Drive a little further to Milford and go to the Jade Dragon, the absolute best Chinese bar-none.
