We got an order tonight 85% was fried seafood items mushrooms clams onions rings. They were fried so hard I couldn’t eat them they sent no sauces and the breadsticks were plain no seasonings nothing plain. I tried calling and all it did was ring They knew it was me calling back.. Wish I would have took pics of the large an medium pizza that I originally originally. Cuz the cheese was barley edible an the medium wasn’t. Where to even begin…
Word of mouth brought me to Pam’s Place. We got some pretty standard take out (pizza, salads, etc) and made a few requests due to alleries. No onions in the salad. No peppers. Pretty standard.
Every single item was wrong. Everything was covered in peppers and onions. We hadn’t noticed until we got home and sat down for dinner.
We called and spoke to Dave who was belligerent and rude. “Well what do you want me to do about it? We are absolutely slammed right now” Normally we would accept remade food, but since we live a fair distance away we asked for a refund. “Absolutely not. I will not refund it. I’ll remake it and that’s it”. We explained we wouldn’t be driving back out and Dave said “perfect” and hung up on us.
Dave, your customer service is awful. Your food is awful. You are awful. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Absolutely disgusted with this situation.

Good food with a bad attitude.
If they get 5 stars for food, they get 0 for the worst customer service ever. The delivery drivers are awesome, but ordering over the phone is a joke. They seem like they would rather be home than working. If they had any competition, with good phone skills, they would probably go out of business. Hopefully they’ll learn that just because they’re the only place that delivers, doesn’t mean they’ll always be the only place. We’re don’t won’t forget your rudeness.
