I have been coming here pretty much every time I visit my family in newport for my entire life, and it’s still just as good as it was 15 years ago. Hello! I came to Paluccis while driving back from Turkey Run, we stopped and was gonna try it and while we were waiting for our food, we saw a cockroach crawling on the ground headed up the wall by the counter, we asked for a refund and said we do not want the food anymore, we haven’t even received the food yet they were still making it and the lady in the back who never even looked to see what it was told the lady at the front counter just tell them it’s a water bug when me and the lady at the front and the rest of my party knew it was a giant cockroach and she didn’t even kill it she left it crawling until we asked her to take it outside at least, and she wouldn’t give us our money back, horrible service, food i don’t know didn’t eat it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Pizza doesn’t have any flavor. Only thing on a pepperoni and bacon pizza we could taste was the bacon. Nothing else has any flavor. Bread sticks were 7/10, hands down the best part. They gave our order to someone else and ended up comping our order, and remaking it which was very kind of them. So service does have a slightly higher rating than the food.

First time visiting. Drove an hour to try it, and we were not disappointed. Very good breadsticks, pretzel sticks and salads. But, the pizza was even better.. We tried the spice seasonings on 1/4 of our pizza but next time we are adding it to the whole pizza. Great crust, toppings and the xtra cheese was so good !
