Wow this was my first time at Pal’s The burger tastes like a burger off your backyard grill. It is delicious and the thin fries are crisp with just the right amount of salt. Highly recommend this place. Ps. Can’t beat the price for fast food that actually tastes like a burger cooked at home on the grill.

We found this place on a road trip detour. Naturally, we stopped because most-adorable-hamburger-place-ever. The service was what a drive thru service would expect to be but who cares because THE BURGER AND FRIES. You know when you see someone on tv eat a really good fast food burger and fries from the 50s? No? Well, trust me. This one does NOT disappoint. We’re not talking about health food folks, calm down. It’s a tasty, melty, greasy, cheesy monstrous burger with crispy, salty fries. Yes, I unapologetically topped it off with a soda AND a chocolate milkshake, because who doesn’t want to risk diarrhea at a truck stop?

First time to go through and the person managing the order window was super kind and patient. When they say suddenly service, they mean sudden service. We actually circled 3 times to not take up other people’s time because it’s extremely fast from ordering, to paying and getting your food.
The menu isn’t extensive but thats not a bad thing it makes things easier to order. The frenchie fries are absolutely delicious.
Highly recommended hitting a Pals if you need to quickly get food and go and stay on the road.

When is the last time you, the reader, have ever been to a drive-thru of a fast food place as popular as Pals and learned that the person taking your order was the owner and operator of that location???
That has never happened to me before today.
An absolutely wonderful lady, who remembered my EXACT order from the last time I was there, took my order. I jokingly said she should be manager and it was then she told me she was the owner.
I was FLOORED.
This Pals is my second favorite. My favorite has to be the Lynn Garden Pals because I remember that place from childhood and it hold special childhood memories.
I’m still in shock that the owners of the locations work beside the hourly employees. This is such a wonderful business plan.
I can’t rate this place high enough. Honestly.

Pal’s lives up to its name, sudden service and friendly smiles all around. Our food came out quicker than a summer storm, and it was downright amazing. The fries were golden perfection, the burger and patty melt were cooked just right, and that famous Dr. Enough hit the spot.

Very good food! Pleasantly surprised by the food on our road trip. Decent price. 4 burgers, grilled cheese, 2 large fries and a coke $37. We enjoyed our burgers and the fries! So good! Only wish they had some outdoor seating areas.

Hands down the best fries! Better than any of the chains! My family just moved here, and this was our first trip. I can tell you it won’t be the last! We got 2 burgers, a dog, 3 small ff and 2 sm drinks, and it was only 23 dollars! Totally worth it! I highly recommend this one!

Theyre usually very good. Great customer service. This evening they sold us cold hot dogs however. The fries were excellent, the tea was great. The hot dogs were terrible.
