Stop cheating the customer with a full cup of ice instead of a drink. I lost a ton of respect for this business today, even after asking for no ice. Nobody ever needs a full cup of ice and it dilutes the flavor. Just don’t order fast food drinks, ever, because it’s a cheat.

We’ve encountered some issues during our recent visits to this location. Normally, our stops here are uneventful, but lately, we’ve experienced more problems than usual. The order taker seemed inconvenienced, keeping his back turned and not fully opening the window. When we reached the cashier, the staff member appeared distant, prioritizing a conversation with a colleague over attending to us. We felt overlooked and believe customers deserve better service. This is a departure from our usual experience, and it’s concerning because we value this store.

Pals is the best. Im from middle tn and when I first had Pals a couple years ago, I got the chili burger add mustard, Frenchy fries and a Raz Tea. Sooo good and I always stop here a few times when in town. Thanks for being you!

We had never been to Powell’s before, but they’re always lined up. This was a great meal however, the price of the french fries was not really worth it. It was really just kind of plain french fries with a little Caesar salt on them and they were quite pricey, but other than that, the burger was spectacular. Service was quick and fast.

We had a big order and it was complete and all correct in less than 5 minutes. The girl giving us our food was absolutely wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. She was very personable and kind and had a conversation with us while we waited. We will definitely be back.

When in town I always make a point to stop through pals. The big chicken is super tasty, along with some cheddar rounds and a peachy tea sure to hit the spot. The burgers are also really good. When in town if you eat drive thru this is definitely a local classic to try.

Well probably have had over a 1.000 times or more getting food from them. Not one bad thing i can say. I will say thank you for your great food. See if you can serve me over a 1.000 burgers and all great tasting food so can other restaurants
