The food was really really delicious. Best food truck asada tacos I have had in a while. Only thing is that the food took a bit to get finished, but I’d say it’s worth the wait, and they have a little electronic device so you can wait and be notified wherever you are. I thought that was super neat!

The food was was fine, but a bit tame and WAY overpriced. $18.50 for 1 burrito. The service was pretty lackluster as well. I asked twice for red salsa and was told it was “spicy”, to which I said that was fine. They proceeded to put green salsa in the bag. In all honesty the burrito needed the spice. I won’t return and dont recommend them.

The food is good, but overpriced. I ordered a burrito with the guacamole on the side and a coke. I was charged for a side of guacamole and the total for everything was $28! When I got my food, my burrito didn’t even have cheese or sour cream. I want to support this place, but I can’t when I pay really high prices and don’t get what I ordered.

I’ve always said that I miss food truck tacos and this place felt manifested. They also stayed open longer because I got lost finding them. Best street tacos, will come again!

Originally coming from New Mexico moving up here to Pullman, I wasn’t expecting to find a taco place better than some back home. The buying experience is friendly and familiar, the tacos are outstanding, and the moment after you finish your last bite is euphoria. I need Palouse Tacos to stay in Pullman, it’s the only Mexican food place here I think of as authentic.

Solid burrito, but $20 for any burrito is absurd. Especially when they display a menu with no prices on it.

Happily, there is now terrific Mexican food in Pullman! We love the California style burritos. The test of great Mexican food to us is not only the meat, which is deeply flavorful , but also the beans, which are perfect. We love this addition to the Palouse food scene.

Best Tacos in the Palouse! Finding any non-American authentic food here feels close to impossible and this place knocks it out of the park! Super friendly people, I got the pastor tacos and the asada tacos and they both were fantastic. They’re also in the Kush21 parking lot so that’s convenient if you’re into that! Will be coming back many more times <3

I’ve gotten Palouse tacos twice now and I have been very happy with the quality and quantity of food. It’s so nice to be able to get local authentic tacos. Especially the birra tacos! Love love love.
