We met for lunch here. All the meals looked very good and were presented hot, sizzling, and quickly. The lettuce wrapped fish tacos were amazing. The chili rellonos were the way I like them. Not very spicy, and the green chili is flavorful and mild. The fajitas were sizzling when they were served and all the condiments were plentiful. A very filling and tasty meal.

We were given the option to sit in the bar which we took advantage of and glad we did. Comfortable seating and the waitress took great care of us. We had lunch and cocktails and great conversation amongst friends. The meal was hot, presented nicely and was good, but would have to say not the best chili rellenos I’ve ever had. Ambiance was nice, waitress was attentive and kind and food was good, but next time would like to try maybe something else on the menu but definitely another margarita.

My family and I came in the other night and I normally don’t take the time to write reviews. However, I must say Raven is truly an incredible server! I used to be a server myself and have managed several restaurants, so I notice the little things most people don’t—like pre-bussing, being a strong team player, and consistently communicating with her tables. Raven is always attentive, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the menu and always offers great suggestions. We request her section every time because she consistently provides the best service. She’s a huge asset to this restaurant and we truly enjoy her company when we visit! The food has also improved in the last several months so that’s a bonus.

Palominos in Loveland is an absolute gem. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and consistently excellent food.
Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I had the carne asada, and it was so good—tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right.
Our waiter, Eli (I believe), was outstanding. It was only his fifth day at Palominos, but he’s clearly a seasoned professional with years in the industry. Attentive, knowledgeable, and personable—you’d never guess he was new. He also bartends at their sister restaurant, and that experience definitely shows.
I also had the chance to speak with the GM afterward, and she was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely engaged. It’s clear the leadership cares, and that shows throughout the entire experience.
Great food, great service, and a place that truly takes pride in what they do. My new go-to spots in Loveland. Highly recommend—we’ll absolutely be back!

Food was pretty good. The fajitas and burrito. My only complaints were my son ordered the stacked beef enchiladas off the adult menu. They were super spicy, he drank 4 glasses of water. If I had noticed sooner I would have sent them back. Disappointed that the waitress let him order those when I asked her about it after and she said the red sauce there is hot?! The margarita was not good, had to ask for something to cut it with and didn’t drink it. Will be back, but next time I will send the stuff back. Please put on your menu if items are spicy.

My party was sealed quickly and the service was great. The food this evening though was not great. I ordered the Cancun combo and was disappointed with it, it seemed thrown together and just not great. I’ve been here before and the food then was excellent. Maybe it was an off day, but I will go again and see if it’s better or the same. If it’s the same I probably won’t go again unless for business or invitation.

Got the Cabllero tacos, tasty, and Adrian at the bar was was very attentive and always made sure I had what I needed. The atmosphere was pleasant. He was fast with the food. All I recommended was to serve any corn tortilla Tacos With two tortillas since they fall apart so easy. He said you can always request it so that’s what I’ll do next time. I was in and out fairly quick thank you.

My wife and I recently had dinner at your restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal but the real highlight of our visit was our server Camebree. She was absolutely wonderful. I went with a team from work but it was during the day when they weren’t busy so I can’t speak to peak time service. The food was good and I tried something I’d never had before and can’t make at home. I think I had the stuffed sopapilla, which waitstaff recommended over the beef turnover. They were right and it was delicious. The staff was very attentive but I believe that is what competent people do when it’s a 30-top and tips are $$$$. The service was good. The beers were… well, at least they had a lager or two to pick from. They understand not everyone loves hops so much you can’t actually taste the flavor of the beer. Anyway, if you have a big group during the day, you could have a good time and help out some service workers trying to live.
