We’re not in Utah anymore… well, actually, we are, but it doesn’t feel like it. Stepping into Palomino is like teleporting to a buzzy metropolitan city, right on Main Street.
The cocktails are craft, with a beautiful array, and expert presentation.
The service is friendly and quick.
The atmosphere is lovely, maintaining an upscale western theme.
I loved Palomino, we will be back.

Love this place, it’s my new go to. It’s modern, clean, fairly calm place to eat or drink. The bartenders put up with us, with smiles on their faces. Can really appreciate a bartender who can deal with girls laughing the entire time. Would so reccomend to anyone

We hosted our wedding welcome drinks at Palomino, and it was one of the highlights of our weekend! The space is stunning and provided the perfect upscale yet mountain-chic atmosphere for our guests. A huge thank you to the staff, especially Ana the events manager, they all were professional, attentive, and handled our large group with ease.
The Palomino team made sure every guest was taken care of and the vibes were 10/10. Our guests are still raving about the service and the drinks.
If you’re looking for a sophisticated spot with top-tier service, drinks, and food in Park City, this is it. We couldn’t have asked for a better kickoff to our wedding!!!!

Visited the bar on a Friday for some cocktails and light food. Bartenders were very disorganized, took way too long to make 3 drinks from their own cocktail
Menu. Ordered some sliders and the Lobster salad only to be told 20 minutes later they didn’t have Lobster and could they substitute shrimp cocktail? We agreed but got a diced shrimp mayonnaise lemon concoction on 6 crackers….same price as the LOBSTER. $28.00 appetizer….quite frankly that was ridiculous….at a minimum they should have reduced the cost to reflect the lesser ingredients….very disappointing given the longevity of this restaurant.
Nice vibe otherwise and the DJ was a nice touch on a Friday happy hour evening

The Palomino restaurant in Park City, Utah, is truly exceptional. With unmatched hospitality, it stands out as the top restaurant in the area and has become one of my all-time favorites. We had such a wonderful experience that we couldn’t resist dining there three days in a row.
They are now doing Saturday & Sunday Brunch, which is delicious to say the least. If you have an opportunity please try the charcuterie board- very unique, I’ve never seen or tasted one like it.
Great atmosphere. Ashley and Courtney on the management team made us feel welcome and special.

We stopped in to Palomino our last night in Park City. The place is fairly new but has a great cocktail bar vibe!
My only knock on this place is the service. It’s a seat yourself spot but we sat for about 15 minutes before being waited on. Once we had a waitress she was great! I think this is just one of the learning curves of a new place so I’m sure it will improve.
This is a great happy hour/light dinner spot in terms of the food. They offer a wide range of wines and cocktails, and their small bites and shared plates were really good. We got the Lobster Crackers, Shrimp Cocktail, Charcuterie Board, Goat Cheese Bites and their daily popcorn. I would recommend all of those but maybe skip the popcorn, it was just okay. The charcuterie board is also a pretty big portion compared to other restaurants I’ve gone to.
Overall, if they iron out the new restaurant kinks I think this will be a great spot to go back to for future Park City visits!

We love Palomino and visit as often as we can. The leading bartender, Mariano, is incredibly skilled and crafts delicious, inventive cocktails, and we voted for his creation in the recent cocktail competition.
The vibe can be lively or low-key, depending on the energy on Main Street. The décor is stylish, and the people-watching from here can be a lot of fun. Every cocktail we’ve tried is inventive and excellent.
Palomino is easily one of our favorite bars worldwide, and a must-visit in Park City.

The very best cocktails we have tasted. We are visiting from Houston and the watermelon mocktail was delicious! We had smoked salmon and quail and they did not disappoint. Stop here anytime you are visiting for the very best cocktails.

We went to Palomino last night. One of us had the FIU cocktail which infused citrus smoke under a liquid bubble. It was pretty fascinating. The place is very upscale and fresh. Nice vibe, lighting and ambiance. They have a large selection of high end tequilas and bourbon. We highly recommend this bar on Main St for nice drinks.

This gem just opened and based on the incredible service and attention to detail I can’t imagine it NOT zooming to the top of the list of best places to wet your whistle in Park City. There’s really no other spot like this in town that achieves such an elegant but friendly vibe. Best bar napkins I’ve seen in a while (ever?). Instant new favorite.
