While visiting Santa Fe, my husband and I chose Paloma for dinner—and what a beautiful decision it was. We had a reservation and were seated quickly at a cozy table.
The staff truly knocked it out of the park. Our server, Lena, was an absolute delight—knowledgeable, relatable, genuinely funny, and incredibly attentive. She offered thoughtful vegetarian recommendations, paced the meal beautifully, and brought a level of care and professionalism that made us feel instantly at home. She felt like trusted family.
The food? Divine. We ordered three entrées and two desserts, and every dish arrived promptly, perfectly timed, and beautifully prepared. Lena suggested serving one entrée first as an appetizer—a recommendation that elevated the experience. We shared everything and couldn’t choose a favorite.
Dessert was exceptional. Decadent, creative, and unforgettable—I’d happily return just for dessert alone. Come here for dessert!
Thank you to Lena and the entire Paloma team for delivering a truly five-star dining experience! We left smiling.

I enjoyed my experience here! The guacamole was delicious as well as the chips. The marigold cocktail was delightful. I had the three sisters short rib, Brussels sprouts, and churros as well. All were cooked extremely well and delectable. I can’t wait to visit them again. I also love the local partners they use for their recipes being listed on the menu.

We enjoyed our experience. The food was interesting and delicous! We had the scallop appetizer special, fish tacos, salad, carrots and Posole.which was my least favorite but good. The Paloma cocktail…very refreshing. The service was excellent! I would frequently dine here if I was a local. Highly recommend!

Great place for some upscale Mexican food. The chicken mole was fantastic, very good mole that had a great depth of flavor served with house made dark corn tortillas. I drank a house margarita with it with mescal, that added a nice smokey flavor.
The best part was dessert, came here specifically for the pastry chef Chase who puts his heart and soul into the desserts. The Mexican chocolate budin dessert was amazing. Great chocolate flavor with some spice along with orange zest on top. Certainly a rich and delicious dessert. Really wanted to try the eggnog ice cream, maybe next time.

A real gem in Santa Fe!
Even though the menu is smaller than your typical Mexican restaurant, every single plate is full of flavor and creativity. The ingredients are fresh, the colors are vibrant, and the combinations are unexpected—in the best way. The Tlayuda de Hongos was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Cocktails were just as impressive—unique, balanced, and well thought out.
The space has a relaxed, artistic vibe, and service was friendly and attentive. A must-visit spot for anyone who enjoys elevated Mexican cuisine with a local twist.

I loved this restaurant. Our server was the loveliest soul and gave my parents and I the best recommendations. We felt right at home here and upon tasting the food were transported to a state of nirvana. I had the sea bass which came with mussels and rice. The sea bass made my eyes roll into the back of my head. My parents shared the short rib which was cooked to perfection. We ordered so much and the price was half of what I’ve paid for just my fianceé and I at other restaurants. Do yourself a favor and reserve a table here, you won’t regret it.

When visiting the city we wanted to find a place with some soul and inventive flavor profiles, this place hit the mark! The staff was excellent and attentive, which we have not found to be a standard in the city. The food had flavor and used quality ingredients. The cocktail menu was fresh and had a nice twist. So happy we found this gem.

If you’re looking for a traditional Mexican food restaurant, this is a good one. The only drawback is it’s shall and very busy. The bar only had 6 seats and you need a reservation to get seated at dinner time.

What a gem. We really love Paloma. Aguachile, Short Rib, tacos negros, all 10/10. Highlight: Guava Tres Leches (the best I’ve ever had – seriously, kudos!). Really impressed. Also the papas fritas with queso fresco, soo good!
Really better than many (“guide” that rhymes with violin) restaurants we’ve been to

Paloma always delivers! The service, vibe, and food were exceptional as always. The black beans nachos, salsa variety, chicken mole, and steak fajitas were a standout. Ava, our server on Saturday (Aug 30), was an absolute delight—so attentive, engaging, and kind. The whole team made the night special. This is why I keep coming back and recommending Paloma to everyone. I can always trust I’ll have a wonderful experience.
