We visited Paloma for a early evening meal while downtown on a weekend.
Greated and seated right away.
Our waiter was on the spot explaining menu items and answered any questions we had.
We started off with a Charcuterie board and a couple drinks. Both were enjoyable.
Next was a paella. Paella De Mariscos specifically. It was delicious! The seafood was done just right, not overcooked. I personally would had like to have the rice cooked a bit more. Paella to me should be crunchy on the bottom. It was still very flavorful though!
Finishing things off was Arroz Con Leche. I would describe this as a rice pudding. It was a nice finish to our meal.
Very enjoyable experience and look forward to visiting again!

This place has a cool vibe enhanced by the live music, lighting, and great drinks and tapas. We really enjoyed the chicken and octopus skewers ❤️. The tequila jellies on the passion fruit cheesecake are really creative.

The one thing that a service restaurant HAS to have is good service regardless of shift change!
First I want to say that OSCAR the bartender was WONDERFUL & his recommendations on wine were GREAT. I ordered the octopus skewer but I did not realize it was fried…fried octopus becomes rubber. The sauce was very good and it would have been fantastic if grilled (of course my opinion). The small board was VERY good & offered a nice selection. The restaurant is beautiful and the wall-doors bring the outside in and it was a perfect day for that.
Unfortunately shift change happened, I closed my check with Oscar as should be done, and was not looked at again by the replacing bartender…NOTHING!!! I would have had another glass of wine BUT rudeness is not something I tolerate or pay for

While staying at the AC Hotel I came in here for a drink one evening. Service was friendly and they have a happy hour which starts at 5PM. I simply tried a margarita from the happy hour list and it was decent. They have a food menu, mostly Spanish fare and small plates. Not a bad place to stop for a drink while in the area.

Celebrating a friend’s birthday and decided to come here. Great choice! Doug, our server, was attentive, helped us navigate through the menu answering our questions, and added value to our experience. The portions were huge. We had the large charcuterie board, the tortilla, the risotto, the patatas bravas, and the grilled octopus in a green sauce that was incredible. Definitely coming back!

Went out on Greenville for Valentine’s Day. Paloma had a plan for the crush zone that ensured we had a great evening. Of course the drinks were on point as always. But the servers stole the show!!! They had every table and chair called into service including overflow areas. They were staffed up, and we had the delightful Emmy 🙂 she was so nice to us and even pulled off a little service recovery when I got the wrong beer. Job Well Done Paloma!!

We visited this spot today with our kids. We ordered charcuterie, patatas bravas and tortilla española. Every item was prepared to perfection and the quality of the Jamón ibérico was just like Spain. Served was so kind to bring extra crackers for the little one and answered all the questions we had. The live guitar music made it an excellent afternoon experience. Highly recommend this place!!

Bottom line, it’s a hotel bar. A beautiful one, but the usual things are true: overpriced drinks and meals. Small portions, short pours of cocktails.
The desserts were delicious and beautifully plated. Cocktail list is interesting and well stocked. But you’re going to pay for the location and the ambiance. None of this is the fault of the staff, that was attentive and kind.

Just left this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience due to extremely poor service. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a couple of drinks and ended up paying nearly $40 for two drinks, tip included, which would have been fine if the service matched the price—but it absolutely did not.

Upon walking in, we were not greeted at all, despite multiple employees making direct eye contact with us. After seating ourselves, we waited an unreasonably long time before anyone came over to assist us. When we finally ordered, it took quite a while for our drinks to arrive.

After receiving our drinks, no one checked on us, asked if we wanted another round, or followed up on our experience. My boyfriend did not enjoy his drink, but there was no opportunity to address it since no staff member came back to our table. Instead, we were met with uncomfortable looks from other employees.

When our server finally returned, we decided to close out our tab. Overall, the lack of attentiveness, hospitality, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment to others.

I was pleasantly surprised. We were in a hurry and needed a quick bite to eat before our play at the peace center. We happened to spot two seats at the bar. We ordered quickly and got our food in about 30 minutes. This was on a busy Saturday night. I had little expectation and was very happy with the food. The croquetas in particular were incredible. The drinks are quite good as well
