I place an order online at 8:28 and I pay for my food and I get a confirmation text. About 5 minutes later I get a text saying my order has been canceled and I will receive reimbursement back on my card in 3 business days so I drove to Palmetto Subs and I see people are inside ordering food and a car at the pick up window. I go to open the door and it’s locked and I’m told they’re not taking any more orders. The sign clearly states they are open till 9:00 p.m and it’s only 8:35! This is a little ridiculous and I would love to contact upper management or an owner!

Order through door dash for pickup. Food was disgusting. An obsene amount if topping bread was soggy and gross. So disappointing. Could not even eat it. A complete waste of money and horribly wasteful amount of food. It was like a salad thrown on a hoggie with clumps of meat and undercooked bacon and slimmy cheese. Will never order from here again!

0 ⭐️ The ABSOLUTE worst experience today !!! 8.6.24 @240ish pm. I wasn’t gone leave a bad review but when I opened my food the most disappointing I’ve had from them in a while !!!! Along with being ignored at the window while someone who walked in well beyond 5min after me being ignored got served before me !! & got OVER CHARGED.

The food here is pretty decent. It’s a dirty store at best. Haven’t met a nice worker there ever. Such as today. There was the “manager” all but yelling at the “new kid”. That’s beyond professional… not. And the reason I had to go to this blessing of an establishment is because they don’t seem to be able to read what people want on their subs when ordered from DoorDash. So the only way to get the sub you order is to go there and watch them make your sandwich.

Listen, I am far too lazy to be making reviews. So it says something when I actually have to wherewithal to do so.
They do have great Food. Which is why I haven’t wanted to give up on the restaurant. I must say, not only are the employees quite unwelcoming and unkind, 80% of the time your order will be wrong. This is why I advise strongly against DoorDashing this restaurant.
It’s not the Dasher’s fault, it’s the-restaurant’s fault. It is not so difficult to read the instructions of an order and follow them.
sadly- The customer’s worth doesn’t mean anything to them.
When my husband called because our group order was wrong, they were really rude and hung up the phone on him. So what did he do? He decided to show up. Somehow, it all became a misunderstanding, then. Although the “manager” had just been nasty to him and hung up on him?
My point is this- it sucks they have such great food and potential. Because the establishment as humans, needs help. I hope they can do better and hear out what they are doing wrong to learn from it. ❤️

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I never leave reviews, but the service I just got while trying to order food was beyond awful. Extremely rude, kept cutting me off, and lied to me so I would cancel the order. I will never go there again.

Workers were friendly. You can tell they enjoy their jobs, joked w/ one another. My sandwich was good Only compliment they forgot the jalapeños & 2 heat the meat & cheese No worries guys I will definitely b returning.
