Came here around 7:10-7:20 and the customer service was horrible. The food was horrible and my both my drinks had ants in them. I’m pretty sure the person who made the drink seen that it was ants in there and just ignored it.
Also I ordered a veggie sub and it literally only had lettuce, tomatoes and onions on them after I told both the workers that was in there that I wanted extra jalapeños and banana peppers on them.
When I came back to confront them that the sandwich was made incorrectly they had an attitude about it.
If you’re going to catch an attitude about having to do your job then just stay home…
After looking at these reviews I don’t see why this store is still open.
I most definitely will be filling a law suit against this store and their workers.

Being a Southwest Philly boy born and raised, I know hoagies — and down here they call them subs or submarine sandwiches, just like up in the Northeast (Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, etc.). I have to say, their sandwiches are put together really well and they offer plenty of options so you can make it your own, just like back home.
The only thing that keeps it from being a true Philly hoagie is the type of bread and the American white cheese they use — that’s the signature difference in the recipe. But overall, they make a pretty good sandwich, and that’s why I gave them 5 stars.

Palmetto Subs Restaurant is on Irby Street in Florence, South Carolina. If you’re from where I’m from you’ll understand. If you ain’t like us then you won’t.
Ate breakfast at o’dark thirty. And by this afternoon, I’d say ’bout 2:00PM, you had better believe and know, I was feeling right hungry. Good and hungry. Yes ma’am! Yup, headache hungry.
Somebody might know what I mean.
And ’cause I knowed it would be a while ‘fo I made it to da house dat thumping near my temples wasn’t going nowhere soon ‘lesson I do somptin quick fast and in a hurry.
I wanted my money’s worth from some place kinda clean if I’m eaten out. See?
Well, I got satisfied with the half sub combo meal – all the way – light on the hot peppers. Yup! Show ‘nuf.

Didn’t want feel like I was a cheeeap skate ’cause I was a one dees here type a hard working youngsters decades ago too; so, I did leave a tip.
Yup, I could relate to the struggle I saw in their young faces, yall. My first time at this location was today, as I recall. If you leave ’em a dollar or two tip, this elder thinks you did the right thing by them kids too.
A dollar don’t never seem to go far ’nuff. Huh?

Went here specifically for the fresh subs, not to stand in line 30 minutes to get a sub that was premade in the refrigerator for the employee to pick off the salami while im standing there watching him (curious to know what happens that we don’t see). I paid $21.35 for someone elses left overs

Won’t go back. Guy took my order high and employee tried to cover it up saying he’s “new” & messed my order up & made both subs wrong told them they “fixed it” just for it be made wrong again. Just go to the one on the west side of Florence!
