The food is good as always but this place needs better management and maybe she will keep employees . Your employees behavior are a reflection of how they are being treated by management . The manager at the store is RUDE to her customers and to her employees . She yells at her employees constantly. She doesn’t greet her customers . She slammed her register shut and slapped my change in my hand . Customer service is trash. Thank you to the nice gentleman that made my salad with a smile regardless of being yelled at by management .

I’ve given this place more than enough chances but I’m officially done with this place… first thing is the sub was stored in a refrigerator in a bag with meats already on it so they can be faster so the meat tastes like a refrigerator, secondly none of the vegetables were fresh you could tell they were cut the previous day, Pepsi was flat, the sweet tea was in a pitcher next to the register every single table in the building was dirty, we had to clean our own table. Lady making our sub had on a dirty apron. This place is disgusting and poor customer service. Me an my wife spent $36 for two sub combos that were horrible. Don’t know what happened to this place but I won’t be back

The subs are pretty expensive (10-14 bucks for a large). 4 of us, dine in, with only 2 drinks, 57 bucks (didn’t include the 5 dollar tip). Service was pretty quick, food was awesome. Tables could have been cleaned better (sorry, just being honest!). I understand it’s because of the oil from the subs… but, still should be cleaned better. That’s pretty much my only complaint!

Stopped by twice during my visit and ordered the number 15 both times. The best subs in the area only regret is that there’s no location in Georgia. It will be my go-to for subs whenever I’m in Florence SC.

My family and I just stopped in and placed an order. And Destiny’s customer service was absolutely amazing!! She made you feel welcomed and the best part they were closing for tonight, but you couldn’t tell because her attitude was so pleasant. Also, the cherry on top is she prepares your food the way she would prepare her own. Winning Thank you Destiny!

I wanna take a moment to really rate these guys into the way they should and beyond more..first off I’m not from here or even close to being from here I’m from Texas and my other half was suddenly taken out of my life and she’s the only reason I was here because this is where her family is from this is where she was raised up so I know absolutely a hand ful of ppl and i barely kniw them just hi and bye but anyways .. im starvin at thus very moment at the house so i decide to take a afternoon stroll just to see whats going on and i pass this restraunt thissandwich shop and decided to smoke a cigarette in the back a coupleppl workers walk out and i jjst simoky ask en if they had any leftovers and she sed look walk thru tjat front door rt there and someone will be with u ..as it went iwalked in and a man asked me what wanted i told him whatever he preferred he made me the best sandwjch and they gave me a drink and ive never had such polite ppl in my lil 20 minute sandwich afternoon delight in my life.. thank u palmetto subs ..y’all rockk yall are most def my favorite place in Florence a keep up the good work .. this world needs make ppl like u guys

The subs are delicious, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Very amateurish. As I was ordering my sub I noticed two customers before me walk out without paying. The young lady making their subs smiled and said, “You’re good” Not sure who the owner is but some of your employees are robbing you blind by letting unpaid for food walk out the door.

No name tags so I’ll do my best. During my visit the first older African American female with older braids going into bun very rude. Second employee younger male African American was not as rude as the first but wasn’t exactly nice. The third employee beautiful inside and out African American female BBW with red and black long twist very nice , even tried to recruit her.
