This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. This was an outstanding experience. The owner, Andrew, took some time to show me around and share some of the area’s history. And then the food. I ordered the fries, meatball sliders, and pepperoni pizza. The fries were great, beautifully cooked and served with sweet and sour sauce. The meatballs are house made and were juicy and tender with an excellent sauce. And the pizza was excellent also. Great crust, nice sauce, nice sauce to cheese ratio, and flavorful pepperoni. This one scored high for me. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate this 9.8.

Lovely little place! Pizza was absolutely delicious, and the fries were just as amazing. The attention the owner gave to the service and food was impeccable. Quality was not lacking, and the prices were very good. Looking forward to eating here again.
EDIT: Stopped in Memorial Day 2024, pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese had great pull and toppings were just right. Fries were cooked perfectly! Owner gave great conversation and was overall a great experience.

This place is always so good! I highly recommend yall try it if you haven’t. The grinders are delicious. Chicken Parm Grinder is one of my favorites, and the Meat Lovers Pizza is also very good.

We recently held a special dinner party for 40 at Palmers. Andrew helped us to create a memorable evening. The food was beautiful, fresh and delicious and the crew was flexible and helpful. The whole evening could not have been better. If you’re looking for amazing catering, look no further than Palmer’s.

Great food, great service. What else could on ask for! Shout out to our waitress Liz. Super nice and friendly. Also, thoroughly enjoyed the music. The playlist was an excellent blend of 70’s music. Highly recommend!!!

My friends and I ate at Palmer Provisions for the first time last night and we were wowed! The salad was fresh and the salad dressing was on the side…. so we could make it just the way we wanted it. They had plenty of pizza options as one person in our party needed dairy free, one person needed gluten-free and the rest of us just need a good pizza. And boy, did they deliver! We were all happy with our orders. My husband and I got a Margherita pizza and I felt like the sauce was fresh tasting and had the right amount of sauce ratio to cheese. The crust was nice and crispy (and not soggy) on the bottom. Just the way I like it! The service was good. We had a young hostess/waitress. She was the only one waiting tables besides the young cook/chef. After our meal, he greeted us at our table to make sure we were happy. All in all a great experience. BYOB by the way. There’s a small wine shop close by so no worries.
A side note….it was a Saturday night in Noank and I was surprised how empty the place was. There’s plenty of room for eating in so I’m wondering if word hasn’t gotten out yet.
This is a hidden gem. Hurry up because word is going to get out very soon.

We usually get take -out but ate inside twice so far, once for breakfast and once for dinner. It’s a large beautiful space and you can BYOB. The only downside is they close at 8. The Salmon sandwich with fries is spectacular and our favorite. The chef knows what he is doing. There is a nice selection of items. Adding an easy dessert, like large cookies or brownies would be nice, especially now that Zest has left the area. We will continue to be regular customers. Highly recommend!

So this place has amazing food. Don’t get me wrong. But the pizza could be so much more if they fixed the dough. To much on the pizza it falls apart, the crust is sogging. Maybe cook dough then add topping last. But the prosciutto chicken sandwich w the side of garlic sauce. I could drink the sauce, wow. Amazing food. But the pizza dough needs to be adjusted or it would be a 5 all around. I do recommend giving it a try. It does have all the flavor it’s just missing the mark with its dough.

Palmer’s is relatively new, but already easily the best pizza in Mystic/Noank area, maybe even one of my favorite on the entire coast, and saying that about a Connecticut pizza place hurts a little bit as a New York city native. Once I got over the hit to my ego, I can confidently say that you are seriously missing out if you have not tried them yet. Lots of different pies and options, all extremely tasty. The crust is always baked to perfection, the sauce always tastes fresh, and the cheese is so gooey and melty and well, just perfect. We went back three times in the span of one week, just to give you an idea of the cravings that ensued.
Big shout out to Andrew and the staff – really cool venue/space. Everyone is super friendly. Oh and there’s a cool shop with some local and regional products that are super great, too. Keep up the good work – we can’t wait to come back!

Palmer’s catered our rather large party following the 2024 Noank Classic Regatta. The food was delivered on time and, I must say, was excellent. Everything went according to plan and we received very positive reviews from everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful making our lives easy.
