We used to be frequent customers because the food is always been good.. we won’t go back after today. My husband and I arrived for dine in at 2pm on the dot, they had a larger party in so we figured it would be a little bit of a wait to get our food, no big deal!

We only ordered a burger with tots and wings… we decided to leave. Husband goes in to see if they can just pack it to go for us, they never even made our order at all.

While in town for business, my husband and I stopped in here for a Friday fish fry, but ended up getting a build your own pizza because they were all sold out of fish by 7:00. We sat at the sunken bar, which has a duct taped rail and torn leather seats. It’s obvious this well-worn place is well loved by the locals, as it filled up pretty quickly after dinner. Our bartender was friendly, service was fairly quick, and our food came out hot. This place is nothing fancy, but it’s fine for a beer and quick bite!

Brent is great. Money charged and collected us spot on. Not so with some of the other bartenders and wait staff. I’ve learnt to pay cash on delivery and not run a tab. Unless you have Brent, he’s super honest.

Bar tender and waiter is friendly and fast. The place is clean and has a good atmosphere. The food was great. We had fried mushrooms and chicken tenders for pretty cheap. I love the beer batter.

Palmer house gives a cheers vibe. You never know who you’re gonna see or what’s gonna be the highlight of the day I love this place. The staff is always pretty nice. The food is mid but okay for bar food. The wings are always a good go to. But my family always says the ribs are where it’s at.
