This was undoubtedly one of the best Italian meals I’ve had since living in NYC! Highly recommend the carciofi fritti (fried calamari), arancini (risotto balls), ravioli Cacio e Pepe (very rich) and Candele Spezzate alla Genovese with GF pene (INCREDIBLE)!!! The La Vie en Rose cocktail was refreshing and the Brunello was delicious. The atmosphere at lunchtime was lovely and the staff were are super friendly. I cannot wait to come back to this restaurant and try everything! The menu was clearly labeled for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Staff was able to easily accommodate allergies to gluten, nuts, coconut and sesame.

Such a beautifully decorated and charming restaurant serving some of the best Italian cuisine I have ever had! Their homemade pastas were incredibly executed, and the flavors were out of this world. The Focaccia and olive oil came out warm and perfectly toasted. The risotto was truly life changing and an absolute must try. Highly recommend dining in the covered outdoor patio as the atmosphere was wonderful. Palma has easily become one of my favorites of all time! Would come back again and again as this place is a destination in itself.

Really love the vibe here. Highly recommended truffle pasta, fig & burrata sourdough, and cheese & ham plate. For me lobster pasta wasn’t bad but average taste.

We just had the most magnificent lunch at Palma and I am still dreaming about it! This restaurant is a true destination.

The design and decor are super charming—it feels like stepping into a sun-drenched Italian villa. We were lucky enough to dine in their outdoor covered patio space, and I highly recommend it. It was incredibly romantic and intimate, perfect for a special meal with my partner.

We started by sharing the delectable tomato tart along with the radicchio and fig salad. Both were light, fresh, and beautifully executed, proving that even the simplest dishes here are crafted with care.

For our main courses, the kitchen really shined:
* My partner’s Chicken Milanese was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, and wonderfully moist and juicy inside.
* My fresh cod was divine! It was served atop a rich hazelnut cream sauce and complemented by fresh, earthy chanterelle mushrooms.

Every bite, from start to finish, was pure joy. Adding to the wonderful atmosphere was the welcoming and friendly hospitality of the staff, which made us feel completely at home.

We loved our experience so much that we are already planning a return trip before we leave the city! We can’t recommend Palma enough for a delicious and memorable dining experience.

We finally made it to Palma and everything was fantastic. It was the day after Christmas and it was snowing so it was quieter than usual according to the bartender, Kacey. She was fantastic and made perfect recommendations.

We had the focaccia, Tuna Tartare, octopus, meatballs, and Candele Spezzate alla Genovese. Everything was delicious, perfectly balanced and seasoned especially the Candele which we were told is seasonal so it will be off the menu by spring. Go get it!!

We finished with one the best tiramisus we’ve ever had.

Safe to say this is one of the best Italian restaurants in NYC. Food is phenomenal, service is top notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming / beautiful.
Started out with focaccia and artichoke. Loved both, fully recommend them! Focaccia was so perfect, airy, soft, delicious. The artichoke was super good! You don’t usually see this dish so I thought it was unique and a phenomenal dish! The cheese added a super good flavor profile.
Entrees we went with were the tortellini in butter/sage + the ragu. Both here were also delicious. The ragu had tons of meat and the tomato sauce was great. The tortellini was stuffed with a delicious buffalo cheese.
Ended the meal off with the tiramisu which was a highlight. We’ve traveled around Italy and this tiramisu was top tier.
Service here was super good. Many touch points between the weight staff and our table. The atmosphere was very enjoyable, not very loud. Thought the decor and vibe were A+. Hope to sit in the back room next time. Also the tables are spread out pretty far which is nice so you’re not right next to people which a lot of other restaurants do.
I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone just make sure to book your reservation as far in advance

Palma is a lovely spot in the West Village, though it does run pricey for what you get. Portions are on the smaller side, but the food itself is fresh and well prepared. The skylight patio is especially charming— intimate and cozy, perfect for a date night or small gathering. The overall experience was enjoyable, just not sure if the value stands out enough to become a regular spot.

It was more than a dinner, it was literally MAGICAL experience (every step, every page of the menu, every piece of tableware, every gesture of the staff who took care of us) and my family was nothing but delighted with food, ambience and hospitality!! and the FLOWERS, oh, the flowers!! Absolutely wonderful, absolutely must visit for everyone who wants to try the best (imho) Italian food in nyc and no doubt get the best wine options.
Im so happy we decided to try different meals, and from the very first bite of focaccia we enjoyed everything. Can’t wait to be back and explore more!!

Food is mid and bland for the price ($30+ per dish for small portions) but vibes/atmosphere is good.
Mostly vegan and gluten free dairy free options so if you’re into that, not bad for dates and special occasions.

If just looking for quality Italian food, 100+ other options in the city. It is NYC after all.

Wouldn’t return again.

I’m still dreaming about my incredible dining experience at Palma! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with a warm and inviting decor that made me feel like I was in a little slice of Italy. But what really stole the show was the food – oh, the food! Every dish I tried was expertly prepared and presented, with flavors that danced on my palate. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who knew their stuff. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience in the city, look no further than Palma. I’ll be back, and soon! 5 stars isn’t enough – I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
