Let me start by saying when we were pulling in its barely any parking space we almost couldn’t even get out because it was cars and it’s so small. It was music. It was lights. The atmosphere wasn’t bad but the lady who served me ,I felt like she was in a rush, I asked what came with the dinner. I didn’t know it came with macaroni. I thought she would’ve said that because it’s only two additional things that come with the meal so when I saw it was macaroni and I’m like why didn’t you say like macaroni could come with the meal And then for her to get people attention she starts tapping on the window instead of saying excuse me, are you ready? Don’t let me talk about the food. It was barely any beans in the rice. The chicken was hard. It must’ve been under that warmer thing for too long. The oxtails was OK and the cabbage was really good, but I wish she could’ve told me macaroni was an option and it just wasn’t what I thought it would be. I end up not even eating everything because it was bad and it was dry and it just wasn’t worth $48 plus tip. and the jerk chicken taste like barbecue no flavor

The stew chicken was disgusting. It tasted like barbeque chicken over rice and peas and the barbeque wasn’t good at all. It had a terrible aftertaste. It was an inedible. I recommend not ordering from this restaurant. The beef patty was so dry. You can use it to scrape dirt off the ground. I couldn’t even find a piece to taste it disgusting warning do not waste your money at this place.

Here in Cleveland, it’s very hard to find a Jamaican owned market that carries food items we need, I were very excited to to find palm tree, they carried all Jamaican products and then some. The staff are amazing. I’m satisfied with the service. I found my home market and Will be going back again and again.

The food was delicious, well seasoned. We can’t wait to return.. The Service was outstanding, servers were very attentive to our needs, and Very knowledgeable of all the dishes. If I can leave one tip…get the large, anything else will leave you wanting more.

Ordered the vegan curry stew. It was not good at all. It was barely warm, lacked seasoning and heat. I do not think it was made that same day. The rice wasn’t fresh either, it was very dry and the corn bread is not made fresh. The cabbage was the only thing good here. Vegetarian who don’t eat meat find another place to eat.

Uggh First time here, not the best. I think it was way too much rice for the amount of meat. The chicken was spicy but not great … like it wasn’t bad but definitely could’ve been better. Mac was mid & I am so disappointed in these plantains ♀️ I left another place because they didn’t have plantains & these ones were just uugggh ☹️ dry, almost rubbery some of them. I won’t be going here again.
Ooh and the lady at the counter was not pleasant either. Somebody give her a hug or something because she was ugggh too!

This food was so good and authentic. When I go to Jamaica their rice and peas, cabbage and meat are bland—- no flavor. The food from this restaurant is the flavor I’ve been seeking. Compliments to the chef!

Bought curry chicken combo. It was heavy gravy and cabbage mushy like it was 2 days old. Rice and beans were nasty too.

Customer service was great and the wait time for the food was quick and the taste I say the taste was everything the savory flavor was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. I will be visiting again and again.
