We went for the first time for restaurant week and it was a fabulous experience! Palm Palm is so beautifully decorated and chic, making for the perfect dining atmosphere. Our waiter (shoutout Albie!) was attentive, friendly and on top of everything. The food was delicious! I didn’t really know what to expect because the menu is kind of hard to describe, but every dish ended up being flavorful and very enjoyable. The crème brûlée was possibly the best I’ve ever had…

We had a great time. Came with a large group and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server was so kind and was constantly checking on us to make sure thins were okay. He answered any questions we had and was very friendly. The food & drinks were great and the decor. I want to come back for brunch & would do dinner again. Large parties do have to have everything on one check, but we knew ahead of time. The manager also introduced him self and checked on us as well. Such a cute place!

It was my birthday and we had 6 people in our group. This was our 1st time and we really enjoyed our food. Free parking as well. The stuffed French toast and the breakfast potatoes were amazing. Vinny our server was on point and friendly. All the staff were attentive, and one other helped us move tables so we can take pictures. The manager gave me the candied orange as a free appetizer. Only downside was paying 20% gratuity when we were told it’s only applied with 8 or more people. We were seated in a back room area where the kitchen was. I will definitely be back.

I LOVE this place! Today was my first visit and we had brunch. We made reservations and did not have to wait. It was a party of 4 adults and a toddler. The food was amazing and service was perfect. We had chicken and waffles, breakfast sandwiches, bananas foster waffles, crab Benedict, the special Turkish eggs and candied pepper bacon. We had an issue but management fixed it and our server took us on a tour of kitchen and special rooms. I highly recommend it and feel you should try it.

Another place that surpassed my expectations. I pulled this from a google search of restaurant nearby while in Pittsburgh for the day. I desperately wanted to new and fancy and Palm Palm delivered. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a variety of seating, from a luxurious bar, high tops, regular tables and a small cove with a couch. We had no reservations and opted for the couch instead of the bar or waiting for a table. The menu had so many different delicious options, it was hard to pick! But i was drawn to the wagyu pasta for my meal. it was amazing.
The restrooms are also so cool with the green tile and gold accents. Pretty much the whole place has the decor on point.
11/10 will return for more!

I stopped here for a Saturday brunch and it was delicious. The atmosphere was like a baha vacation vibe. The prices were very fair and the portions were large. I got a coffee and it was good. My only complaint with the coffee is the saucer because it made me spill my hot coffee every where. I got the Hawaiian stuffed french toast and it was very good. The pastry cream was a nice touch. When we arrived there were barely any people in the restaurant. We got sat very closely to another table, making it hard to leave at the end. The employees were friendly and professional. I am excited to go back and try something else.

Had a great experience at Palm Palm in Pittsburgh! Our waiter was fantastic; attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal even better. The food was absolutely delicious. We split a few small plates between five people, and it was the perfect way to try a variety of dishes. Everything was well-prepared and flavorful. Would definitely come back!

Best of all was the desert I got!!! Excellent service by the waitress Ali and both managers and others!! They even brought me out a sparkler for my Bday! Beautiful place and I will be back! Also not as pricey as I was expecting.

What a Gem. From Staff, cleanliness, and food quality. Made reservations for Sunday Brunch around 1:45. It wasn’t too crowded. Not sure if due to the time we went. However it was perfect. Immediate greeted by the hostess. Was sat within 1 min. Waitress Leah was great. Very informative. Answered all questions. What I appreciate most about Palm Palm is they ask if there’s any allergies at the table, Which my son is allergic to all nuts. That alone gives them 5 Stars. Now let’s get to the food. Very very filling. We got the Chicken Slider which you can see is not a slider. It’s humongous. My son said it was good drenched in their Nashville sauce. Wasn’t too spicy, just a nice kick, and the truffle fries were AMAZING. Tastes like it was fried in minced garlic, sprinkled with just the right amount seasoning and Parmesan. Crab Benedict was also very good. You have to be a fan of hollandaise in order to enjoy a Benedict. The Crème Brûlée Waffle, was a perfect. If you’re looking for something not too sweet but satisfies your breakfast sweet tooth, I highly recommend. It was my favorite. The deviled eggs were, deviled eggs. You mainly taste the bacon bits on it. The special, Banana Pudding Waffles was good but a bit overloaded with whip cream and banana pudding. Also came with fresh bananas and wafers on top. Lastly, Chicken and waffles. Chicken was cooked well, however batter didn’t have any wow factors. Definitely make sure you poor your syrup over it. Also all the waffles were light and fluffy. The GM did make his rounds to each table, which is also appreciated. Very nice and friendly. Overall, I will be back. Can’t wait to experience the dinner menu.

Palm Palm is one of the best dining spots I’ve been to in Pittsburgh. The atmosphere is cozy but stylish, the kind of place that makes you feel special. The staff is friendly and on top of everything. Courses come out at the perfect pace, and they make you feel well taken care of the whole time.
The food is fantastic. The meatballs are tender and full of flavor, and the truffle spaghetti O’s are such a fun twist that taste incredible. The Parmesan-crusted steak was cooked just right, with a great crust and lots of flavor. The cocktails are creative and really well balanced — you can tell they put some thought into them.
I also love how the small plates are spaced out so you can really enjoy each one without feeling rushed. For the quality and experience, the prices feel very fair.
Palm Palm is a spot I’d happily come back to, whether for a nice date night or a place to bring the whole family.
