I had some time to kill before checking into my air bnb & was hungry, but not starving. I had the pleasure of corresponding with Olivia – who is fantastic by the way!
I ordered the tuna tostado (delicious) and the east side cocktail (gin based, super refreshing). I originally planned to stay longer for happy hour but ended up having to leave to be the first in my group to go check into the air bnb & get things situated.
Great vibes and wonderful people! If I’m ever back in the area, I would definitely go back.
The avocado toast is a must-try, the orange jam and chili oil make it amazing!
Service is great, and the free ice cream, lemon sorbet, and matcha cookies are perfect for the afternoon.
Came here for a brunch and was not disappointed. Although I don’t usually drink, I tried the ‘Bottom-less mimosas’; just was refreshing with the bubbles. To eat, I ordered the ‘PALICLUB’. It was a delicious take on the club sandwich. I really enjoyed the roasted turkey and bacon. The lettuce and tomatoestasted fresh (love butter lettuce). I really enjoyed the egg (soft boiled, sliced), herb mayo, and fries. The fried were crispy and soft inside, great flavor. Bring your appetite, this sandwich is big. I had to take half home with me to enjoy later.
Stepping into the Palm Canyon Swim & Social, you definitely feel the relaxed vibes; from the views of the pool (an added bonus to enjoy while eating), to the clean and modern decor. The grounds are just as cool. Walking around the pool there are lounge chairs, cabanas, games (like bocce ball, ping pong), and you can get ice-cream too.
The service here is excellent! The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. Shout out to the very friendly Paul Rodriguez, general manager. He came around to make sure all the guests were taken care and to offer other suggestions of food to try and pool services.
Speaking of suggestions (thanks Paul), I’m definitely coming back to try the chicken sandwich. It’s freshly made, hand battered and juicy.
Happy hour 3-6pm; Chicken sandwich $10 during happy hour.
If you’re looking for a brunch res in Palm Springs with a larger party, consider booking here for a great vibe and experience.
If you are looking to have a quiet hum of conversations happening, people reading books, dipping in the pool, and soaking up the sun…this is the place.
This hotel is slightly north of the main strip, so convenient to restaurants, yet quiet enough.
The hotel room was so comfortable. Bed and linens were top quality.
Restaurant is delicious and open for breakfast and lunch, no reservations needed. We enjoyed the breakfast each day. We tried something different each time. The breakfast burrito,
Ricotta Blueberry pancakes, bacon and eggs and the breakfast sandwich were all delicious!
The pool was excellent!
We put off day excursions in order to hang outside ALL DAY. The seating was ample. Some rooms get first pick of reserving spots, but we gladly took over a large comfy couch that offered partial sun and shade all day.
Misters kept us comfortable. Service was good and they offer you drinks poolside.
There were a few “day pass” visitors around the pool, but it seems like it’s kept to a minimum and isn’t intrusive.
