If I could, I would give -10 stars for the service. The person who prepared and served the food was extremely rude and clearly didn’t know what he was doing. I ordered chicken over rice — the chicken was undercooked, and I had to wait almost 40 minutes for my order while he continued serving other customers who arrived well after me.
Also, be careful when paying. Make sure to use a card or ask for a receipt if you’re paying with cash. Even though I had already paid before receiving my food, the staff questioned whether I had paid — apparently, he forgot. Of course you forgot — you took forever to serve my food.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. Never going back again.

I don’t know if you guys (Palli Supermarket) consider the Halal gyro cart inside of your parking lot as restaurant, yesterday my little brother got chicken over rice that was $11 with soda after waiting 20 min. The people who ordered after him got their food first, the box was less than half filled with rice and chicken IF YOU SQUEEZ THE RICE IT WOULD NOT EVEN BE A QUARTER OF THE BOX. The chicken was old tasting, the other side was with old cut onion and some salad. This is the 2nd time he got from here hoping they would make it better this time and they did exactly the same thing.
Both time my brother has to throwaway his food. It’s buffalo there is not a lot of place at night to get gyro close by so got gyro from there. We do not have respect for business who don’t respect people. If Palli Supermarket owner is reading this please give this alert to the gyro cart guy.

We went there for dinner one time the food was good the place had a nice Bangladesh vibe but the wait time was way too long they took over 40 minutes kept saying “5 more mins” and ended up taking a really long time and the place was kinda expensive the things I got at other places I could’ve gotten it for way cheaper
