I spent my birthday at Palisade today and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, everything felt thoughtful and welcoming.
Heather, the manager, personally walked us to our table and had it decorated with birthday confetti, which immediately made me feel celebrated. Our server, Nash, was amazing. He surprised me with a slice of birthday cake and a mango spritzer on the house, which was such a kind and unexpected touch.
The views of the Seattle skyline are beautiful and really add to the overall experience. The food was great. I ordered the shrimp bucatini and loved it. For the quality of the food, service, and setting, the prices felt very reasonable.
Heather also offered to take photos of us and clearly knew what she was doing. It was such a small thing, but it really made the night feel extra special.
Overall, I had an incredible birthday at Palisade and left feeling very taken care of. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it for a special occasion or just a great meal.

Visited for lunch about two months ago for my dad’s birthday, and we had a lovely time. The beautiful view and the service were real highlights of the experience. Our server (I think his name was Mark) took great care of us. We ordered the Crab Cake, Belly + The Beast (the belly was a bit tough), the soft corn tacos (so good), and the Salmon BLTA. The only downside was that the last two dishes came out almost an hour later, so we took them to go, but overall it was a wonderful meal with warm service.

We enjoyed a fabulous Christmas meal at Palisade… The full restaurant energy was electric and the staff was upbeat and hopping. They’d been working all day and I was impressed with the level of service at 830 in the evening.
The Black Cod on Lobster Risotto was outstanding, as was the surf and turf appetizer. It was a prix fixe for the holiday with great choices. I liked the variety of apps available in addition. We waited for our reservation in the bar and the drinks were delicious. The bartenders were charming.
Expensive but worth it. I’m looking forward to returning soon.

Had the opportunity to dine in here for Valentine’s Day with my wife who was also pregnant. Our first time dining here and the ambiance was fantastic. We were put into a room for what seemed to be all Valentine’s Day couples, separating us from the rest of the crowd with forward facing seats. I love the thought and the idea behind it but i immediate thought of a fancy classroom with a sunset view. Not the best choice in this seating arrangement. Our food from start to end was great and I was suspicious about some of the foods that were offered from the reviews. Great restaurants not only have a great ambiance and great service and it all comes together with great food. Unfortunately 1 dish fell short of a 5 star rating and the follow up service with this just wasn’t what were expected. This restaurant made the decision for us tonight that moving forward, we never order Steak again from a seafood restaurant. They obviously cannot make a steak cooked well done and instead was Medium Rare. which was especially for my wife who again, is pregnant. Keeping in mind the kind of date it was, Valentines and I could have picked anywhere to eat In King, Snohomish or Pierce County. When sending this steak back to the kitchen and sharing our concerns, we were commented with a smile and “I’ll throw it on the stove a bit longer.” Not the comment I expected when on a very special day you expected a dish to be right the first time. I expected empathy and an apology but seemed almost annoyed my wife was asking for her dish to be cooked the way she originally ordered it… doesn’t seem like a hard ask. Now, the second time it came out, steak was cooked Medium with some spots of pink. I was going to speak up but my wife stopped me, not to ruin the night. If you can’t make a steak, just don’t offer it on your menu period. If you can’t cook it the way it was ordered, just say something. Show empathy and apologize, and do what is right by the customer who again, could have gone anywhere else. I don’t see myself, my wife or my future child coming to this spot again in the foreseeable future but, anything is possible.

Fantastic waterfront restaurant. Vibe is very classy and chill. Incredible views of Elliott Bay, Seattle and Mt. Rainier. A great menu option if the lobster bisque and the sake marinated black cod. Great drinks and a large wine selection.

I took my family out to dinner here on the last night of our trip (5 people). It was supposed to be a nice rounding out to the jam-packed few days we were in Seattle. We had been going back and forth between Salty’s and Palisade. Originally Salty’s was the go to but due to a couple family members not enjoying seafood we went to Palisade for the larger selection.
The appetizers were wonderful, loved the octopus, the shrimp cocktail was delicious and the lobster bisque was just butter. That unfortunately is when we should’ve left. We ordered our food and appetizers at the same time. Some 20-30 minutes after the apps showed up, the waiter came and told us that the sirloin for the surf and turf was no longer available. I was surprised it took so long to notify us, now we were going to be waiting for 2 new dishes to be made, let alone they would have to order a different steak and then add a side to still get the surf and turf. Finally 1 nba quarter later we received our food. The prime rib was unfortunate, it had a tasty crust but it was cold, the mashed potatoes were thick and burning in the center but cold outside making me believe they were microwaved and the asparagus heads were the only edible part because they were not cooked through. I thought, maybe its our fault for ordering prime rib at a seafood place, then I tasted the crab stuffed shrimps. There was a pervasive taste of cat food that lingered in my mouth, I think they crab had been sitting for too long and then it was crunchy like they had seared it and thrown it in the shrimp. At that point it was time to go, we had to wait for our waiter who kept disappearing into the kitchen even though he only had a few tables while the pipe pouring water into the pond blasted our ears. Finally we were able to leave. I don’t mind spending money on a good meal for my family, but knowing what I know now I would’ve patronized any of the other places we ate sat over the trip 10 times over before going to Palisade. I sincerely hope the owners or chef take a look at what they’re serving and decide to put the slightest bit of care into any of it.

came here for brunch Sunday in October. We got it there as they opened and there were only a few tables. The staff was attentive and courteous, and the food was top-notch. And the view of the marina and Bay was extraordinary. Would love to come back for dinner.

This beautiful luxurious high-end restaurant offers high quality food along with a great view overlooking Elliot Bay and Seattle. There’s even a bridge that crosses over a waterway to the dining area. There’s a few waterfalls that cascade into the water and occasionally you might see some salmon swimmig by below.
Of course it being Christmas I ordered my favorite the traditional prime rib dinner,”absolutely delectable!” The only thing about coming on Christmas is that they’re extremely busy and you might have to wait for items you asked for two or more times. Though the drinks were refilled and constantly brought with out ever having to ask.
The restaurant is currently in phase one of bringing back Sunday brunch…
