Our first time here thinking it was just a pizza place. First of all, the pizzas are amazing. We got a Hawaiian pizza and it comes with cashews and craisins as well as your traditional pineapple. What a delicious flavor combination! Also got the children’s chicken. Alfredo and it had a lovely flavor as well. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant. We will be back again.

The pizza is legit. Fresh ingredients, loaded toppings, and a crust that hits that perfect balance of crisp and chewy. You can tell it’s made by people who actually care about what leaves the kitchen. Every slice tastes like it was built on purpose, not rushed out the door.
What really stands out is consistency. Good one visit is luck. Good every visit is a system. These folks have a system. Whether it’s pizza, pasta, or one of their salads, the quality shows up every time.
Service is the kind you appreciate in a small town. Friendly, attentive, and real. No attitude, no nonsense, just people taking care of people. That still counts for a lot around here.
It’s also a great place to bring family. Easy atmosphere, clean dining area, and a menu that makes everyone happy. That alone earns repeat business.
If you’re in Azle and want solid food from a place that feels like part of the community, Palio’s is a safe bet. Good food, good people, good experience. That’s the trifecta.

The Customer Service was excellent, I felt well treated and had a very clean environment. Very clean bathrooms, my seat and table were very clean. Unfortunately the food was not up to par. It felt rushed, raw, not high quality, or worth the insane price. If I’m gonna pay for hand made food, at least let it be decent. Other than that, BEAUTIFUL.

This place used to be my favorite pizza place. Always a bit pricey, but so good. This will be my last visit. Past 2 were sub par at best, but this last one is the final straw. $10 sub that has a thin layer of super thin deli meat. Both pizzas looked like they’d been dropped. Inexcusable.
Edit: I had to up my rating to 3 stars because while the pizza was a mess and the sub was a joke, good lord that pizza was so good. Salad was too.

Palio’s never disappoints me. Everything always tastes fresh. So yummy! My favorites are the Italian sub and all of the pizzas Also, I love this location in Azle. It’s clean, quiet and nice atmosphere. It’s perfect for me.

Attitudes from people who serve you means everything. Also, management needs to let there workers know that just because you call from a different area code that might be out of state doesn’t mean that you’re calling the wrong place. People have cell phones and move all over the place.Especially those of us who’s had the same phone number for fifteen years..And the attitude over the phone was not necessary… probably the same person that I picked up from.

So this was my first time for Palio’s. I have had enough of the D chain pizza and their a-hole attitude about customer service. I called in an order and went to pick it up. To start with the restaurant is very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and easy going. It was not a rush time so it was not very busy. We had a pizza and tiramisu, both of which were very good. We will be trying other menu offerings in the future, but suffice it to say we have found a new place for pizza, thanks.

Ours was a delivery order and part of my order was missing but meeting the delivery person jonnie assured me patios would make it right and before I could call and complain a second driver showed up with the balance of the order so I called them to thank the person whom took the order I wish I remembered his name, so I spoke with Mary to convey my appreciation in how quickly it was corrected. First time in, had the calzone and it was excellent! Homemade dough, really good sauces (marinara and garlic butter), and fresh toppings (do you still call them toppings in a calzone??? ). Tiramisu was also very good. We will be back.
