Really enjoyed the pizza and salads here! The dining space is very clean and nicely decorated. The price for our meal was not bad at all considering how good the pizza was. Would definitely recommend!

I live in Granbury. There’s a Palio’s here in Granbury. My family and I used to go to this one here in Granbury when it was under the management that is now at the Aledo branch. We loved this place. My kids always ate all their food and we all were very satisfied with the food and service. I often wonder how there’s differences in food quality and taste being that it’s a franchise. I have to accept the fact I don’t know how the difference occurred, only that it’s an actual fact. We gave the Granbury branch several opportunities to earn our business however they disappointed us every time. The food was just different. The taste was not as flavorful and fresh. The service seemed a bit on the generic side versus authentically warm. We just chose different locations to eat at locally.

Then out of coincidence we found out that the management that was in the Granbury branch was now in the Aledo branch. We went at our earliest opportunity and we felt the same warmth that we used to get at the Granbury location back in the day. We ordered all o our favorite items and when the food came out we instantly felt it was right. The smell, the presentation, and most importantly the taste. It brought us back to when we first ate at Palio’s in Granbury. The service was also superior. The owner of the Aledo branch was super nice and attentive. We are lucky to have found the Palio’s that we remember….

I hope that the owner of the Aledo branch can acquire the Granbury branch once again so we don’t have to travel a bit longer. But if that’s what we have to do, then so be it.

The pizza here is fantastic. The service was great. They have the best house balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing as well!

Family or alone experience when coming here. The atmosphere is just right for dinner or lunch. This is the second time I have been here for lunch, and yet I have not been disappointed. The Sedona salad is only $12 and well worth every dollar. Today, I tried the lunch special for $12.99. There are many options to choose from. Pasta + Salad + Drink. I had the chicken alfredo, house salad, and an unsweet tea. The food is absolutely amazing and fulfilling. I was able to take half of my pasta home because it was too much for one person I feel like. I will definitely be back soon to try some of the pizza. There is also an outdoor patio to enjoy your lunch and dinner as well. The scenery is definitely a plus.

Ordered a Dinner salad and noticed the salad was not washed as a piece had an insect on it and there was a human hair in the container. Threw the Diner Salad away. Freshness was not there as some of the lettuce looked old.

The pizza and fries were good, but the cheese bread lacked taste. It took a long time to get the food, but the staff was super friendly.

This was my first visit to the Aledo location. We’ve had good experiences at other Palio’s locations but tonight I was disappointed. I ordered pizza and two orders of baked wings. When the total was wrung up, it was much higher than expected. I asked the counter person to confirm the price of each item. As it turns out, the price for wings shown in the menu was incorrect. The actual price was almost double the menu price. I canceled the wings and after paying for pizza asked to see the manager. I pointed at the wings price clearly printed in the menu and he said “Oh yeah, that price is wrong”. In most restaurants, menu errors are covered with tape or there’s some other indication of the real price. Or the order take will alert the customer to the correct price. In most restaurants, the management will make a good will gesture to make up for the misleading pricing. That did not happen here. This manager missed an opportunity.

Rebuttal to owner response:
Wow! So I threw the menu? How far did I throw it? Was that before or after I said “you need to fix this” and tossed the menu on the counter? You thought I was rude? Why…Because I didn’t say “pretty please”? You say you knew I was frutrated with the situation yet I dined in your store for 30 more minutes and neither you nor your staff made any attempt to address the matter. Another missed opportunity.
