We used to come to this restaurant often, but the quality has gone downhill.
• The Chicken Alfredo pasta was completely tasteless.
• The garlic cheese bread is now smaller and disappointing.
• The so-called Mac and Cheese is not Mac and Cheese at all – it’s just penne with Alfredo sauce.
• The tables were dirty, to the point where cups and plates were sticking to the surface.
• Service was weak and inattentive.
Very disappointing experience, especially compared to how good it used to be.

We used Palio’s for our Teacher Appreciation Luncheon at Rushing Middle School. The food was delicious and the teachers and staff loved it! From ordering to delivery, everything went very smoothly. The owner even provided a school discount and free cheesy bread. Would love to use again! Highly recommend!!

Palio’s Pizza in Prosper is our most frequent Sunday evening pizza spot, and for good reason. The crust is nice and crunchy, they don’t overdo the cheese, and the toppings are pretty much perfect. We’ve tried a few of the specialty pizzas, and the Tandoori Chicken and Nutty pizzas are surprisingly good — a fun twist on traditional flavors. The cheese and pepperoni are the kids favorites.
The place looks decent for a dine-in experience, but it definitely feels more like a takeout-focused spot. On most Sunday evenings, we rarely see anyone actually dining in.
Overall, the food is consistently solid, and it’s become a dependable part of our weekend routine.

Love love love this Palio’s! Food is always consistently good, service was attentive, food delivery to the table was fast and there were plenty of plates, silverware, cups, napkins available for us to grab. Owner was so friendly and personable. He asked if the girls could have ice cream before offering and brought them whatever flavor they wanted! They asked if we could go back before we even left the parking lot! 10/10 experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Sadly, the food has completely changed from previous visits. Assume it is under new ownership. We ordered pasta dishes that were completely bland and tasted nothing like previous dishes. Chicken Alfredo felt like components (chicken, sauce and noodles) were thrown into bowl and heated up. Definitely did not feel like it had been just prepared. Dishes came out 10 minutes apart so one was almost finished when the second dish came out. Very disappointing and was not worth the $60 price.

The new garlic bread at Palios is fantastic! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with rich garlic butter flavor. It’s the perfect side to any meal. If you’re a garlic bread lover, you’ll definitely want to try this amazing new addition!

The new chicken tandoori pizza on the menu attracted our attention and so glad that we ended up having dinner at this restaurant. Isaiah, owner of the restaurant, stopped by our table and we ended up having a great conversation! The pizzas were great, ambience relaxed and the baked wings were so flavourful – was one of the best we have had!

Under new ownership and apparently they forgot how much they charge for a pizza. The toppings are more than scarce, not like it used to be. This will be my last time ordering from this location.
