Good customer service, the ladies there are friendly and helpful. The ice cream there is the best Mexican Ice cream in Madera. They also have other delicious snacks to try so I highly recommend it.

This place has a great variety of delicious treats that are very likely to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. For those of you who cannot have ice cream, they have an excellent variety of sorbets. The colors will be the first thing that grabs your attention, but the flavors will make you fall so love with their ice cream or and sorbets. They told us that they make all of their ice cream and sorbets, which makes it even more delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Delicious ice cream. My favorite is lime with chamoy and I have had the same flavor at other paleterias and this lime isn’t bitter.. just the right flavors bursting in your mouth. Fat free …water base can’t go wrong with all the flavors they have. They have so many other desserts to try as well. Great quality ice cream! You gotta try it!!! Good customer service too

DISAPPOINTED! I went because my grown son was raving about it. Good price, fast service, lots of flavors to choose from. My husband picked 2 scoops of mamey, which he can’t get everywhere. He liked it but said it is better as a “milkshake” like he grew up drinking in Guadalajara. I choose a scoop of coconut and a scoop of cheese cake. The coconut was good, if a little plain(needed sugar & pinch of salt to punch up flavor). My disappointment comes on the scoop of cheese cake. It was also under-sweetened. It had a little swirl of maybe raspberry, which was good. It did NOT taste like cheesecake, it tasted pretty plain with cheese bits in it. Like cotija or something that does not belong in ice cream claiming the flavor name cheese cake.

Bought the coconut flavor paletas and it had a bitter taste. I called the store to inform them and the woman who answered wasn’t helpful. She denied giving me the owners name so I could speak with her so I asked for her name and she hung up. I tried calling back and no one answered. She lost a new customer.

Came here 10 min before closing. The lady saw us park and she ran to the door and switched the sign to close. We will never be coming back. Don’t forget, this didn’t the only paleteria in town. Business need to hire better staff.
