The service is awesome and prices and amazing. We went there at 12 and it wasn’t very busy. Walking in the place felt a bit empty but soon someone was out and giving out samples.

The mangonadas are hit or miss. But when they hit, they are the best snack in the world.
My theory as to why they are hit or miss depends on whether the mangonadas were made with excess water. The excess water leads to a tough and icey texture. Its a frustrating experience because it just feels like an ice pop. Whereas if they don’t over use water, the mangonada texture will come out smooth and delicious.

They used to be really good but lately it has gone downhill. the corn in the cup is all dry because they stopped putting mayonnaise and cheese in the middle for a large/medium size. They used to do a scoop of cheese and a scoop of mayonnaise in the middle and another one on top but they don’t do it anymore.

This place is amazing. They have an endless selection of fresh made Popsicles. You can tell by the taste, they use very fresh and very limited ingredients. My son loves the strawberries and cream. I love pistachio, and I love almond… I’ve enjoyed every flavor I have tasted. They also serve street corn in a cup which is exactly as I had it in Monterrey, Mexico a decade ago. I spent years chasing that flavor in a reliable source (can’t count on fancy restaurants to do it right, food trucks are too mobile…). The staff and customers are primarily Spanish speaking but they have always been welcoming and patient with me. If you can tolerate the awkwardness of ordering with hand signals and broken Spanglish, is totally worth it.

Happened to show up at 8:48 pm at the paleteria when I walked in one of the ladies told me they were closed wile having their sign open and having their sign closes at 9 pm. She had the audacity to say they have a different clock wile having 12 m before closing . They were even out 5 m before 9 .

Used to love this place but now the prices are way to high a small plate of nachos with barely any cheese is $4! And small cup for the agua fresca is $5 and the employee barely pay any attention to you or look annoyed when u have questions
