The snacks were good but… They don’t have trash cans, so if you want to dispose of your containers, you need to take them home with you. (We ate outside, went back inside and asked if we could please throw our trash away and my partner pointed to the can, the girls response was “oh we don’t use that one”)
We won’t be back

Milkshake was very runny. Not enough ice cream was used or too much milk.

Second time I go during my lunch and I see this blonde hair lady. She shows low motivation, and demonstrates attitude. I got wrong order and lady declined on replacing order, instead continued to argue I had order something else.
***Everyone else I have had really good experience and customer service is excellent. ***

Best aguas frescas, esquimales, and ice cream around. The owner truly cares about the customers, which is refreshing given the poor customer service the valley is known for. After a not so great experience, the owner personally reached out to make things right.

Oh my gosh! I bought a Diablito and a strawberries & cream popsicle, DELICIOUS! Everything tasted homemade!!! The mango ice cream tasted like I was biting into a slice of ripe mango! I love it when places make everything from scratch because it tastes 10x better and this place it proof of that!

Had a paleta of guayaba and the texture was really weird, like grainy. Seemed like it was probably sitting there for some time.
I’ve had guayaba paletas before and you can tell when they are fresh and texture is creamy still.
I had already heard from someone that had same experience but I decided to not judge by others experiences.
Will I go again? I don’t think so.
