Usually good, but today I was given stale nachos. I went back to tell them and their initial response was thanks for letting us know. I had to say that’s not fair and complain that they were old before they offered to replace them. I didn’t even bother getting a replacement. Walked out and will never go back.

I’ve been local to Alvin off and on for many years and I’ve always craved a great elote place!! I absolutely love coming here. The selection is always wide. The service is always nice & quick. Their fruit is always SUPER fresh, especially the mango!
The elote & melon agua fresca are my go tos for sure! I still need to try an ice cream pop!

I’m mad at myself for waiting so long to come here. My husband and I love it! I got the manzana preparada, and my husband got the strawberries and cream paleta. Both were amazing! Also, the staff was kind, and the place was very clean. I’ll be coming back soon!!

Paleteria closes @9pm according to their store hours( door hours) and Google hours . We get there @8:55 and they have the door locked. Before 9pm. Wanted to give this place a second chance….. not happening anymore. Also please update your hours.

It was packed on a Sunday night and the 2 girls there still managed to keep it cool and take care of everyone quickly. Everytime I go a try something different and everything has been delicious so far. The mixed fruit mangonada with all the fixings is still my favorite though.

Very disappointed went to get a chicharron and went home to realize that it did not have any cavage , called The manager she was very nice and told me to go back and get a new one . I went back my sister got off and literally all 3 of the girls that work there jumped on her and started arguing with her and did not realize that she is only 11 years old. Why is it so hard to just make a new one if we had already talked to the manger . The one that is supposly in charge was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at her. Very unprofessional

Me and and two of my friends got there and were waiting in line while the lady behind the counter finished up checking out the person in front of us then a couple comes in behind us and after the lady finally finished helping the first cusomer she looked at us then walked up to the couple who came in after us completely skipping me and my two friends because they spoke Spanish but we didn’t, So we walked out.
