Such a wonderful experience! The staff at this bakery were kind, welcoming, and incredibly patient—not just with me, but with my kids too. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly valued as a customer and as a parent. The service was fast, the treats were delicious, and the atmosphere felt genuinely friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back!

They have thee best hummus here. Their pita breads are also made fresh, they’re soft and soo delicious. Came here right before closing and the guy gave me a bunch of free pita bread, he was so nice!

I would consider moving to Palos Hills just to be closer to this bakery. The hummus, falafel, and sesame bread are that good. Fluffy, a little spicy, and absolutely fresh. The owner took time to answer our questions and treated us so kindly. Store was spotless.

I have been shopping in this little store for almost 2 years now. They have great products and amazing bread that my family loves. The store is also very clean and organized. Highly recommend this jewel .

I had a very positive experience at Palestine Bakery. The service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. For example, when I requested a $1 refund, the staff member went outside to process it for me.

Best spicy falafel in town. Always. WOW. Nicest staff. They mentioned you can order a large amount of falafel that’s not spicy, but not like one or 2 dozens.
Freshly baked mana’eesh. Well-stocked. Has middle eastern childhood snacks galore (Jordan/Palestine). Such a gem in the neighborhood.

Worst falafel in the Chicagoland area, I think it’s refried or old. I called him about it and he said this is just how our falafel is. It’s so hard to bite into and stale and dry and he says it’s fresh so many better places to buy falafel from. Steer clear from this place.
